Methods/steps:

1, put your right hand on your lower back and your left hand on your upper back. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, focus on your hands and relax.

2. Move your right hand to the left hip, and the other hand is still above your back. Gently start shaking with the base of your palm and push your body outward.

3. Continue to shake, and at the same time take your left hand to your right hand and gently shake it.

4. Continue to shake, and the left hand moves gradually along the whole back, from left to right, and slowly stops shaking.

5. Fold the towel covering your body down to your hips to make sure you feel comfortable.

6. Put your hands on both sides of the spine under your back, slowly push them to the bottom of your neck from bottom to top, then push them to your shoulders, and then push them back along both sides of your back.

7. When sliding back to the waist, pull up and down and repeat steps 6 and 7 until the back is evenly oiled and feels hot.

8. Starting from the bottom of the back, draw overlapping big circles on both sides of the back with both hands, draw them up to the shoulders, and then straight down from both sides, and repeat several times.

9. Place your right hand at the bottom of your spine, with your fingers facing your head, and your left hand superimposed on your right hand, exerting force on your neck.

10, remove the left hand, press both sides of the spine with the index finger and middle finger of the right hand, and press the left and right hands alternately to the lower back.

1 1, starting from the hips, alternating palms, and pulling up the sides along the body curve. At the highest point, pull your finger over your shoulder and move it to your neck. Then go back to the lower part of the hip. Follow your hands closely so that the contact between your hands and your body will not be interrupted.

Precautions:

Massage time should not be too long, generally controlled at about 5 minutes. Massage works best when the pores are open, so it is best to massage after bathing or cleansing. In addition, the same effect can be obtained by applying it with a hot towel.
