Each finger has a "health point", and you can keep healthy anytime and anywhere by pressing it.
Our hands can be called concentrated treasures.

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the hand has six meridians, which are closely related to the organs, tissues and organs of the whole body. Using the acupoints of these meridians on the five fingers can strengthen the body and prevent and treat diseases.

The thumb corresponds to the human lung meridian, and the lung governs qi and breath.

Shaoshang point on the thumb can excrete the qi of lung meridian in the body, and has the functions of relieving exterior syndrome, clearing heat, relieving sore throat and stopping syncope.

When cough and sore throat are caused by exogenous wind and heat, this point can be stimulated. When you cough and feel chest tightness, press the acupoints vertically, and press them alternately with your left and right hands until you feel tingling, each time 1~3 minutes.

You can also puncture the blood at this point, which is equivalent to drawing the lungs out through hot qi and blood and returning them to a cool world.

When pricking blood, disinfect the needle and skin with alcohol first, then pick up a little bit of skin, quickly puncture the skin twice with the needle, squeeze out 3~5 drops of blood at the same time, and then quickly and gently hold it down with a cotton swab to stop bleeding.

The index finger corresponds to the large intestine meridian, and the corresponding organs are the large intestine and stomach.

Shangyang point on the index finger can evaporate the water in the large intestine meridian and stimulate it when indigestion, diarrhea and constipation occur. This point is clinically called "Kaisailu" brought by human body, which is very effective for constipation other than qi deficiency.

In daily life, pinching Shangyang point with the tip of thumb can tonify the qi and blood of large intestine meridian, regulate the function of digestive tract, accelerate the metabolism of human body, and have a strong and nourishing effect on the body.

The middle finger corresponds to the pericardium meridian of human body, and the high-heat qi of pericardium meridian rushes out of the body surface from the zhongchong point on the middle finger, which has the functions of relieving syncope, clearing heart fire and dissipating heat.

Heart disease first aid is mostly used to wake up at Zhongchong point, and arrhythmia and palpitation can be stimulated every day. When you are flustered, you can press the cup with your thumb and abdomen, with moderate strength, 5 minutes each time, twice a day.

In addition, Zhongchong is sensitive to pain. Rubbing this acupoint when you are sleepy can also refresh your mind.

The ring finger corresponds to the triple energizer meridian of the human body, and the Guanchong point on the finger is the first point of the triple energizer meridian, which means that warm water vapor from the triple energizer meridian rushes out of the body surface meridian.

Frequent scraping of the ring finger can treat headache, red eye, deafness, tinnitus, laryngitis and sore throat. In the hot summer, if you have symptoms of heatstroke such as dizziness, headache, dizziness, thirst, nausea and vomiting, you can stimulate Guanchong point.

Stimulating Guanchong point can be done by pinching. Use the relative strength of thumb tip and fingertip and the hardness of nails to pinch Guanchong point. You can also find a cotton swab or keep stabbing this acupoint with a pen tip, which can achieve the same effect as acupuncture.

The little finger corresponds to the human small intestine meridian, and Huangdi Neijing records that the small intestine meridian "causes disease by the main fluid". Therefore, all diseases related to "fluid" in TCM clinic can be solved from the small intestine meridian first.

Shaoze point on the little finger has the function of regulating local qi and blood circulation, activating water in meridians, warming meridians and promoting lactation.

Stimulate Shaoze point, you can use massage. When massaging, press down with your fingertips or fingertips and do a circular massage. Pay attention to moderate exertion, with local soreness and mild warmth as the degree, twice a day.
