What are the tinnitus exercises?
1. Around the ancient days: press the ear holes with the palms of both hands, put the middle finger and forefinger on the occipital part behind the head, and put the forefinger on the middle finger to bounce the head, making the ears rumble like drums, with 36 strokes each time.

2. Press the eardrum: rub it with both hands, press the auricle with the palm of your hand, and press the ear hole, so that the ear canal is completely occluded. When you pull it out suddenly, you can feel the eardrum moving and the ear slamming, every time 10 times.

3. Rub the auricle wheel: rub the auricle up and down 36 times with your index finger and thumb to keep the auricle warm.

4. Knead the earlobe: gently knead the earlobe with the belly of thumb and forefinger until it is red and hot, then hold the earlobe and pull it down, and then let go to restore the earlobe to its original state. Repeat 10 times.

5. Press the Tinggong point: press the Tinggong point in the middle of the ear with your index finger for three seconds, then let go and repeat 20 times.

6. Sweep the auricle: put the palm of your hand in front of your ear and put it flat on your face. After brushing your ear, push it back evenly and forcefully, and then push it forward from behind your ear. Repeat for 20 times.

The above method is simple and easy. Patients and friends do it once every morning and evening, which can increase blood circulation in the inner ear and delay hearing loss. It is effective in preventing and treating ear diseases, especially tinnitus and deafness.
