In August, 2007, Chairman Teng registered and established Beijing Huazang Library in Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, which was the first public library in China with the theme of Chinese studies at that time.
The library takes "inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the motherland" as its own responsibility, and has collected more than 20,000 books on Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism, Chinese medicine, folklore, psychology and literature, which are suitable for all ages and can be borrowed. At the same time, public welfare courses such as Chinese studies, tea ceremony and spiritual growth are held regularly every week.
In 2008. The Sino-Tibetan "Community Chain Library" project won the second China Development Market jointly sponsored by the World Bank, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office, and received financial support.
In 2009. China traditional culture "seed promotion" training began, the first batch of seed teachers graduated, and the promotion of Chinese studies began to enter schools and communities.
20 10 year. Huazang entered the foreign company "Nokia Siemens". The training project of "Promoting the Seeds of Chinese Traditional Culture" was purchased by the government in the "Capital Social Organizations Serving People's Livelihood Action", which became one of the "Public Places for Government Purchase and Service" in the whole city 16, and was rated as a 3A-level social organization. The "Learning Tour" to carry forward China's traditional culture was officially launched, forming a complete teaching model integrating lectures, study and study tour.

In the same year, the project "Research on the Training Mode of Traditional Cultural Talents Based on Libraries" submitted by Huazang passed the evaluation of the expert group of the National Working Committee of China Sustainable Development Education (ESD) Project of UNESCO, and was formally established.
In 20 12, the practical teaching materials of Disciple Rules, San Zi Jing and Filial Piety compiled by Huazang became the recommended training materials of CCDT in urban and rural communities.

In the past five years, Huazang Library has been innovating and developing a three-dimensional learning method of "learning by doing" which combines the essence of traditional culture and modern ideas. In many projects, such as "China Tea Ceremony" and "China Traditional Culture Popularization Seed Training Project", modular and standardized teaching was tried, and a systematic teaching and assessment standard was established for cultivating China traditional culture popularization talents. The service projects designed by Huazang for enterprises also serve the social construction and promote social progress for Chinese studies, and establish an operable, reproducible and sustainable project model.
