Stir-fried kidney with onion

Pork tenderloin 200g, chives 100g, oil, salt, ginger, red pepper, soy sauce, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and water starch.

Steps:

Steps:

Stewed tofu with loach

Ingredients: 400g loach, 300g tofu, proper amount of oil, proper amount of salt, proper amount of onion and ginger, 6 garlic cloves, 3 dried peppers, liquor 10ml, 20ml soy sauce, 2g sugar and proper amount of water starch.

Ingredients: 80g glutinous rice, walnut kernel, sesame, sugar.

Shouwu chicken soup

Ingredients: black-bone chicken 1, Polygonum Multiflori Radix 30g, 20 red dates, ginger 1, Lycium barbarum 1 0g, cooking wine1spoon, water and salt.

Practice: 1) Chop the chicken into small pieces and wash the Polygonum Multiflori Radix and red dates. Blanch the chicken pieces with boiling water to remove the blood, and the chicken pieces are too cold. Put the cold water chicken nuggets into the pressure cooker and pour in water (don't eat chicken nuggets. 2) Don't cover the pressure cooker yet.
