Why don't European countries cook, only China does?
Every country has a different way of eating. Most European countries pay attention to balanced nutrition, so when cooking, they will not choose China's cooking style. Most of them will choose stew, because it can keep food and nutrition from losing. But to be honest, many European dishes are not as delicious as our hometown dishes in China.

For example, I am a typical northeast person. In our eyes, eating is big fish and big meat. Maybe the food doesn't look so appetizing, but it will definitely be delicious. China's cooking style does lose most of the nutrients in raw materials, especially vegetables. Therefore, for some seriously ill patients, if you want to supplement the body's nutrition when you recover from a serious illness, you should stew some soup and even eat vegetables like this, because vegetables have high nutritional content.

In fact, if you think about it carefully, no matter which way, even if the nutrient loss is serious, at least it will not cause too much harm to the body. In itself, our living conditions are good now, and our body is too rich in nutrition, so we are very obese. So don't worry too much. I grew up eating stir-fry when I was young, and I haven't felt anything wrong in these 30 years.

But if we are allowed to live in foreign countries and Europe, I think it will be difficult for us to adapt to what they eat every day. I don't think Americans pay special attention to eating. You can make a cup of milk bread or sandwich in the morning and have some light meals at noon. In the evening, their so-called big meal is Luo Songtang steak, followed by some monotonous desserts. I think it's tempting for us in China to eat delicious food.
