Healthy diet
Daily diet should be less salty, less sweet and less greasy.
Eating too much salt will lead to rapid expansion of blood vessels and increase blood pressure; Eating too many sweets will make the body ingest too much sugar, causing blood viscosity, leading to slow blood flow, affecting blood reflux and causing cerebral ischemia. Eating too greasy food will increase the content of triglycerides and cholesterol in the body, which is easy to cause thrombosis.
In daily diet, we should eat more fruits and vegetables, eggs and other foods rich in protein, fully supplement vitamins and protein in the body, and increase human immunity.
