Composition:

2 drumsticks, 1 piece of potato and tofu.

Ginger, star anise, onion and dried mushrooms.

Soy sauce, oil consumption, soy sauce, salt, cooking oil.

Exercise:

1, prepare two big chicken legs, as shown below. The chicken leg bought by Mama Dou was chopped up by the boss in the shop.

2. Wash the cut chicken legs, put them in a large bowl, and add ginger slices, soy sauce, oil consumption, soy sauce and salt 10 minutes or more;

Soy sauce is easy to flavor and color. If you want to stew the chicken leg pot with good color and fragrance, you'd better put both.

Cut the potatoes into large pieces for later use (you can also cut them later);

3. Heat oil in the pot and add 2-3 star anises;

Add marinated chicken legs and stir-fry over medium-high fire until the color changes completely;

You can fry for a while and fry all the water if there is water;

4. Add large pieces of potatoes and fry them together until the potatoes are colored;

Pour the soup of pickled chicken legs into the pot and add enough water;

Add a few dried mushrooms and a few slices of onion (forget it if you don't have it);

Add tender tofu around;

You can eat it after stewing. If there is a casserole, after boiling it in a large pot, spread a layer of vegetables on the bottom of the casserole and turn it into a casserole for slow stew. Better taste (vegetables can also be put last);

Or stew in a large pot until it is basically cooked, pour the stewed chicken legs into the casserole and continue heating 1 min.

Be careful not to break the tofu when you transfer it to the casserole.

1, when curing chicken legs, the bean mother used enough materials and put more salt, so she didn't add any seasoning in the later frying and stewing process, which was related to her personal preference. Of course, you can also put some when pickling, and then add it according to the taste when stewing;

2, the chicken leg is cut into small pieces, which is easy to stew; But at the same time, the potato pieces should be cut into large pieces to avoid the potatoes being caught at the end of the stew;
