Open the map and find Chongqing, a city in central China. A deep homesickness rose from my heart. I grew up in Chongqing, drinking water from Jialing River and eating hot pot, mala Tang, cold noodles and hot and sour noodles in Chongqing ... Chongqing is the best city in my eyes, and I have deep feelings with Chongqing.
Our home is in Changjiang Village, because this is where I lived since I was a child, so I have witnessed the earth-shaking changes and development here for more than ten years. Grandma told me that when I was born, this place was a mess. Sidewalks and roads are very narrow. The greening here is not as good as it is now. The trees on the sidewalk are only half as good as they are now, and there are only a handful of "greens" in the park. The surrounding houses are very shabby. From the outside, they are made of bricks. What clothes are hanging outside the window, what flower beds and hangers are there? On the whole, they look messy.
Now look up, there are many trees in the street, and the air is naturally fresh. I remember that the parks here were not popular before. At most, you have to walk through them when you get to a certain place. At other times, few people go there to play. It is these years of transformation and changes that have built a quiet and comfortable park there. Every morning, noon and evening, young people and old people are willing to walk slowly here, chat happily and dance heartily ... People's faces are full of a new breath and style. There are supermarkets, many shops and a wide pedestrian street in Chongqing. At first, only a few people went, but after being introduced, people flocked to it, which immediately filled the place with vitality. Business in the mall is getting better every day. Nowadays people buy things that are both affordable and cheap, and many old people and young people like to wear them to go shopping. I saw tall buildings on both sides of the road mushrooming. Tall buildings are strewn at random, some towering into the sky, some small and exquisite, some colorful, some simple and elegant ... The dilapidated old houses are replaced by high-rise buildings, and the stone-paved paths have become wide expressway. More than 20 bridges span the Yangtze River and Jialing River, breaking the bottleneck of urban traffic. At this moment, I suddenly found that my hometown has changed! How great changes have taken place in these 60 years!
Chongqing, a familiar name, I love Chongqing and I love my hometown. No matter where I go, the mountains, rivers, plants and trees in my hometown are affecting me and I can't forget them!
