1, Longjing, Hangzhou

Longjing, originally a place name and a spring name, is now mainly a tea name. Longjing tea is produced in Longjing Village, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Historically, it is divided into four categories: "lion, dragon, cloud and tiger", among which the quality of old wells produced by Shifeng is considered to be the best.

5. Luan melon slices

It is produced in Dabie Mountain tea area in western Anhui, among which Lu 'an, Jinzhai and Huoshan counties are the best. Lu' an melon slices are picked every spring, and the tea is melon-shaped, hence the name, green in color, high in aroma, sweet and fresh in taste and resistant to brewing. 7. White silver needle

This is a kind of white tea, which is produced in Jianyang, Shuiji, Zhengsong and Fuding in eastern Fujian.

Silver needles are full of slopes, white as silver and thin as needles, hence the name. When brewing, it is "full of floating tea milk", and the silver needles are upright and staggered up and down, which is very beautiful; Huang Liang's soup is clear in color and sweet and refreshing in taste. Because it is difficult to extract tea juice without kneading, the brewing time should be slightly prolonged.

8. Wuyi Rock Tea

Produced in Wuyishan, Chong 'an County, Fujian Province. Wuyi rock tea belongs to semi-fermented tea, and its production method is between green tea and black tea. Its main varieties are Dahongpao, Bletilla striata, Narcissus, Oolong and Cinnamomum cassia.

Good Tieguanyin will condense into a layer of frost because caffeine evaporates with water during the production process; After brewing, it has natural orchid fragrance and pure taste.
