How to print labels
Any manufacturer needs batch print-related product labels when producing products, such as clothing tag labels of clothing factories and hardware labels of hardware factories, including commodity price labels of supermarkets. So how did these product labels come out of batch print? Batch print labels need to use label printing software. Take the hardware tag as an example. Let's see how batch print is used in label printing software.

Run label printing software, create new labels, select printers to print hardware labels, set label paper size and other information.

After the hardware label paper is set up, the hardware data saved in the Excel table is imported into the label printing software in batches through the database import function.

Next, add a table to the hardware label, and use the tools of "Draw Line Segment" and "Draw Corner Rectangle" in the toolbar on the left side of the label printing software to draw the table. For detailed operation, please refer to: How to draw tables with barcode printing software.

Add a plain text in the label and open the graphic attribute of plain text-data source, and change the default data "1234567890 12" to "XX Hardware Accessories Factory". Then save it, and other data such as name, quantity and date are added in this way.

Then add a plain text, open the graphic attribute of plain text-data source, modify the default data, select the database of data object type, and import the hardware name in Excel table. The same is true for the number and date of hardware in Excel tables. Just select the corresponding data field. At this point, the mass production of hardware labels is completed, and the hardware labels that need batch print can be seen in the print preview.
