How to use mocha pot
Mocha pot is divided into two structures: upper and lower. Do you know how to use it? Next, PChouse will introduce it.

1, unscrew the pot body, add a proper amount of water to the bottom of the pot, and control the water level below the safety valve by 0.5cm. In order to avoid safety accidents in use, when the boiler pressure is too high, the safety valve will automatically release the pressure. If the water level is higher than the safety valve, the pressure relief function of the safety valve will not work normally.

2. Add coffee powder, preferably medium-fine coffee powder, to the powder pot. When loading, shake the powder jar properly to make the coffee powder evenly distributed. After filling, gently press the surface with your fingers to make the coffee powder thicker, so that the extracted coffee will taste better.

3. Screw the upper and lower parts of the mocha pot together to prevent water vapor from leaking, and keep the pot upright to prevent the coffee from being soaked prematurely and affecting the taste.

4. It usually takes about 5 minutes to heat the mocha pot on a heat source. But pay attention to grasp the time, don't overheat, so the coffee powder will have a burnt taste. Observe the hole position of coffee on the table to ensure the normal and smooth extraction of coffee. After coffee extraction, turn off the heat source in time and pour out the coffee to enjoy.

5. Remember to clean it in time after enjoying the coffee, so as to avoid the accelerated aging of the mocha pot caused by the residual coffee in the pot.
