Oysters are self-produced, authentic Zhanjiang oysters. How can I find a customer?
Oyster yellow etc. , belonging to a kind of bivalve clam of mollusca. Because of its tender meat and unique taste, it can be pickled, baked and soft fried, and can also be made into canned food and oyster sauce. Many farmers also want to raise oysters, so how to raise oysters? What is the breeding prospect?

First, how to breed oysters?

Oyster is a very popular seafood in China at present. At present, the popular cultivation methods are columns, pins, hanging ropes and floating rafts. So Bian Xiao will briefly introduce how to use these methods to cultivate it:

1, culture method 1: column

Cement columns are generally selected here. This method has low cost and good adhesion effect, and is not easy to be driven by seawater. First, the surface of the cement column should be as rough as possible, with a size of 2m high and a diameter of 30cm thick, so that it will have a strong adsorption force on oysters. Secondly, the cement column needs to be placed in the silt area for a period of time before it can move to the seabed. This method is called support column, which can provide a good nutritional foundation for newborn oysters. Regular inspection is needed to correct the dumping phenomenon in time, which is suitable for fast flow.

2. Method 2: Floating raft

Generally, this kind of raft is tied with wood and bamboo and floats on the sea. The size of the raft is about 5*8m, which will affect the overall output. No matter how small, the cost is too high. Generally, it is fixed on the seabed with ropes to avoid drifting with the waves. You can also use ropes to relate to each other to prevent submarine ropes from being found. The distance between the two rafts is about 20m, which is more practical in calm shallow sea.

3. Cultivation method 3: bamboo insertion

This calculation is the easiest to understand, that is, inserting bamboo into the seabed, provided that bamboo has undergone various treatments. Generally, every six bamboos are buckled on the sea mud in a funnel shape, and the length of bamboos is controlled at about 1.5m, and the diameter is above 10cm. The part close to the sea mud needs to be better fixed with ropes, which is generally suitable for the seabed with a lot of soft mud and slow seawater flow.

4. Culture method 4: Rope stretching

This is a less troublesome method. Materials are ropes and floating objects, which are generally suitable for offshore farming. Because of its resistance to wind and waves, it can also be used for offshore culture. Both ends of the rope are fixed in the dark middle of the seabed for breeding, and the width in the middle is generally 40-50m. Look at the depth of the selected address on both sides. Generally, a rope is hung with floating objects every 2 meters, and the length of the rope is about 3-5m. Check whether the rope is intertwined every day.

Second, what is the prospect of oyster culture?

However, with the progress of society, a large number of seafood flooded into the inland, and cheap oysters seized a considerable market in it. Some restaurants in the inland have also stimulated the interest of ordinary people in buying in large quantities. At present, oysters in inland areas are gradually recognized by everyone, and the market demand is also rising steadily. At first, oysters were mainly picked in the middle of the night, and the slow market demand could not be met before artificial breeding, which was out of control. With their own wisdom, farmers in China have gradually developed a variety of farming methods, from the initial coastal cuttage farming and shed farming, to the later offshore rod farming and column farming, and now to the offshore rope farming, which has made rapid progress. With the development of technology, the quality of oysters is getting higher and higher, and the palm-sized oysters are no longer a luxury.

At the beginning, everyone's farming was basically carried out along the coast, and the technical output was not ideal. With everyone's attempts to go offshore, inland and offshore, the benefits of all aspects have gradually increased. According to the survey, the cultivated area of 20140,000 hectares in China is only180,000 hectares, but it has reached180,000 hectares last year. The expanded culture areas are all from offshore and inland seas. In the future, the aquaculture technology of Haihe River will be mature and the aquaculture area will increase dramatically. The oyster yield of 20 18 is about 500,000 tons higher than that of 20 15, but the current market demand is still insufficient. The prospect of cultivating oysters in this way is still good, but at the same time, we should pay attention to improving our own breeding technology to achieve the purpose of increasing production.
