Ingredients: Prunus mume, Fructus Lycii, Sydney, Lily, Fructus Jujubae, Tremella, Bing Huang and Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae.
Exercise:
Wash tremella and soak for 3 hours. Cut the tremella into small pieces. The smaller the tremella, the more it comes out. Peel Sydney. Keep the extra lilies. Wash and soak in warm water. Pour all the ingredients except rock candy wolfberry into the water that covers the two fingers of the ingredients. Simmer until the tremella comes out of the gel. Pour in Lycium barbarum and yellow crystal sugar, and stir until the crystal sugar dissolves and Lycium barbarum is cooked.
