Backed by the blue sky, the sun shines on the sea, and there are countless temptations, but people with high realms are unmoved because they stand at a higher height;

If there are no difficulties in the world, how can there be outstanding people?
4. Although wise, it is better to follow the trend; Although there is a base, it is better to wait. Those rare and volatile, sometimes; If you don't look back then, you have a chance. Therefore, saints often move with the times, and wise men are born with opportunities.
5. Gu: If you use its awn easily, you will get hurt when you move it. It is a weapon; If it's hidden deep, it depends on the occasion. This is a sharp weapon.
No matter how busy he is, he never begrudges his letters from home. Letters are sent home every month, trivial and detailed, especially to his brothers, talking about reading, writing poems, making friends, talking about physical and mental moral cultivation, and talking about current affairs and news. His words are sincere and his friendship is profound.
7. It is best to have both ability and political integrity. You can't have it both ways. You would rather use people with low talent and good morality than people with high talent and low skills. Generally speaking, if the talent is at a medium level and the reward rate is encouraged, it is expected to achieve great things; If it is not used blindly, it will gradually fall into decay.
8. As long as a scholar has real talent and practical learning, is he afraid of no future? Today's fish and shrimp, tomorrow's dragon, is a common thing.
The second "Wild Fire"
1. After Zeng Guofan's father died, he was worried at home:

Solution: Combine everyone's private interests and become one person's public.
Learning from Huang Lao can cure heart disease.
He firmly believed in the old adage that "ruling the world must use heavy codes" and the necessity of strictly administering the army, so he changed from a disciple of Confucius and Mencius to a disciple of Shen Han Legalist School. During this year, he read Zuozhuan, Historical Records, Hanshu and Zitongzhijian from beginning to end, hoping to get a glimpse of the skills of predecessors from these historical masterpieces and learn from them. But these prehistoric times did not give him the key to solve the stagnation, but made him more miserable; Our predecessors made great achievements by observing statutes, but I, Zeng Guofan, could not succeed.
Laozi, a seemingly born book, actually talks about the truth of joining the WTO, but Confucius and Mencius are direct, while Laozi advocates circuitous ways to achieve their goals. "The world is the softest and the strongest." Since direct, strong-to-strong tactics sometimes don't work, and indirect, weak-to-strong methods can also achieve the goal, defeating the strong without leaving hidden dangers, why not adopt them?

The top of the fish is hanging around, and the fishing is stormy. Catch a bird, not the south wind. Zephyr must unite and don't always fish. Lift it gently and move it slowly, and the fish will bite hard. There are many small fish underwater, but the big fish are not in the nest.

The third "black rain"
1. Writing and being an official are not the same thing. It is best to have a deep understanding of composition. Even if the argument is sharp and biased, it doesn't matter, because it won't hurt someone and it doesn't expect immediate results. As long as it is justified, it is a theory and a master. Being an official is different. Things are wrong, people are wrong, and officialdom is complex and particularly subtle. More need euphemism, twists and turns, circuitous. When you do, you can stop it. Don't be arrogant, just for a moment. There has always been the Big Dipper in the literary world, but there is no achievement in the officialdom, or even a crushing defeat. You don't know the difference!

If you want to get benefits, you should first go to the heart (wisdom); If you want to build a product, you must first win the hearts of the people. If you can't go, you are covered with thorns; I'd love to. My mouth is dirty. The trip to the state-owned home is caused by diligence and thrift; If it fails, it will do the opposite. I have been diligent all my life, but I can't be diligent; It is also good to teach people to be frugal, but ask yourself not to be frugal.
