What is a healthy diet?

"One" is 1 bag of milk every day, containing 250 mg of calcium.

"Two" means eating 2 Liang (100g) of staple food for each meal and 6-8 Liang (300-400g) for each day.

"Three" means eating three servings of high-protein food every day, each serving can be 1 two (50g) lean meat, 1 big egg, or two (100g) tofu, chicken and duck, or fish and shrimp.
