"Old man, I forgot to bring Kaiser lu. Go to the medicine cabinet and get me a Caesar Lu. " Sister Zhou's shouts came from the bathroom.

"Come here, no wonder you didn't come out for half an hour. Here. " Chen Bo hurriedly took a copy of Kaiser Lu to Zhou Jie.

"I didn't think I could pull it out. After squatting for so long, my legs are numb! " Zhou Jie grumpily complained.

"Let you eat more bananas, you don't listen. Every time I use Caselo, I have a dependence. " Chen Bo said anxiously.

Sister Zhou said impatiently, "It's no use eating bananas. I can't pull it out, and my stomach is uncomfortable. What can I do without kaisailu? "

Constipation is a headache. Some people defecate once every three or four days, even once every half a month, and they have to use kaisai dew or laxatives!

The ancients didn't kaisailu, so what about constipation?

Today, I recommend several prescriptions for constipation for everyone to learn.

Composition: Wash Magnolia Officinalis with yellow rice wine and bake mirabilite.

Indications: Yangming fu-organ syndrome. Obstruction of stool, frequent farting, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and refusal to press it will lead to daytime temperature flashing, delirium, yellow and dry tongue coating, prickling or scorching, and heavy and firm pulse.

Yangming's syndrome of fu organs can be summarized as "fullness, dryness and excess". Cold accumulation in the intestine, yang loss, constipation and abdominal pain, around the navel; If the spleen yang is insufficient and the limbs are not reached, the hands and feet will be warm and the pulse will be heavy. At this time, but with the attack, it hurts Zhongyang more; If only warming is used, cold accumulation will be difficult to go. Only by attacking cold and accumulating stagnation, warming spleen and Yang Can can have the best of both worlds.

When abdominal pain occurs, Cortex Magnolia Officinalis and Radix Aucklandiae are added to promote qi circulation and relieve pain; For abdominal cold pain, Cinnamomum cassia and Evodia rutaecarpa can be added to warm the middle and dispel the cold.

Spleen circulates its semen for the stomach, the stomach is hot and dry, the spleen is restrained, the body fluid can not be divided into four parts, and only the bladder is lost, so frequent urination occurs; Dryness and heat damage body fluids, and the intestines lose water, so constipation is caused. It is advisable to moisten the intestines and clear away heat, promote qi and relax bowels.
