Method 1: Use your finger.

1, relax and put down your arms. Put your arms in front of you, palms and fingers up. Relax your shoulders and take a few deep breaths. Although you can massage acupoints anywhere, you'd better choose a place that makes you comfortable and relaxed.

2. Find the acupuncture points on the arm. Put three fingers under the crease of the wrist, and the position between the two big tendons is the acupoint you are looking for. Specifically, you are looking for P6, which is Neiguan. Massage this acupoint can relieve nausea. Opposite Neiguan point on the back of the arm is P5 point (Waiguan point).

3. Press the acupoints with your fingers. When you feel nauseous, press the acupoints on your wrist with your thumb and forefinger (or middle finger) in tandem. Then gently rub the acupoints in circles for a few minutes. You may feel better immediately, but sometimes it may take 5 minutes to take effect. Repeat the above process on the other wrist.

4. Stick the Neiguan points of the two wrists together and pat each other gently (see photo). Take a deep breath and pat quickly. It doesn't matter which hand you put on the table, you can also put both hands on the table in turn. Tap for a few minutes or until you feel better. For some people, patting or rubbing their wrists is much easier than finding Neiguan point. If you can't find the exact location of Neiguan point, you can try to pat your wrist.

There are small protrusions or flat buttons on the wristband, just aim at the position of Neiguan point. 4. Wear the wristband in the correct position. Align bumps, buttons, beads or stones with acupoints. Fasten your wrist strap and press the acupoints with moderate to severe force.
