Preparation method and formula of foamed tea
The preparation method and formula of that foam tea are as follows:

Materials: black pearl, cassava flour100g, brown sugar 40g, water 70g, milk tea 2g, black tea 2 packets (each packet), purified water100ml, milk150-200ml, brown sugar pearl, pearl 120.

Steps:

1. Weigh the ingredients needed to make pearls.

2. Mix the brown sugar and water evenly, heat over low heat until the brown sugar melts, and continue to boil. Then turn off the fire, pour in cassava powder and stir evenly to form balls.

3. Smooth the brown sugar cassava dough while it is hot, divide it into small portions, knead it into long strips, and cut it into small pieces (cover the remaining brown sugar cassava dough with plastic wrap to prevent air drying).

4. Knead the cassava segments into small balls and sprinkle a little cassava powder to prevent adhesion.

5. Boil a pot of water, add water to the pearls, float and cook for about 10 minutes (adjust the time according to the size of the pearls).

6. Take the pearls out and put them in cold water, so they won't stick together and are more elastic.

7. Boil 100ml of water, put it in a black tea bag, cook for a while until it is brown, take out the tea bag, add 150ml of milk, simmer on low heat until the milk bubbles, and turn off the fire to cool for later use.

8. Mix 50g of brown sugar with 100 ml of water and cook until the brown sugar melts and boils.

9. Take out the pearls, drain the water and put them into brown sugar water.

10. Boil and stir over low heat until the brown sugar becomes thick and the pearl becomes dark. Turn off the fire and let it cool for later use.

1 1. Take a cup, put brown sugar pearls along the wall of the cup, make the brown sugar liquid hang on the wall of the cup, and pour boiled milk tea to drink.
