1. Peel and cut the yam, put it in a boiling water steamer, steam it with strong fire, press it into a paste, add glutinous rice flour and water, stir and knead it into dough.
2. Make the dough into long strips, take a part, roll it into pancakes, put the red bean paste on it, spread it evenly, roll it up, and steam it in a pot over high heat.
3. Steam and cool, cut into pieces and sprinkle with coconut milk.
