I. Seven Brocade glutinous rice porridge Ingredients: 500g glutinous rice, 30g dried longan, 60g brown sugar 120g, 60g winter melon sugar, black sesame 15g, white sesame 15g, 30g jujube and 30g tremella. Then, put the washed glutinous rice into a pot, add red dates, longan pulp, white sesame seeds and appropriate amount of water, cook it with high fire until it is half cooked, and then add brown sugar to cook it until it becomes thick.

4. Walnut and wolfberry porridge Ingredients: 30g of walnut kernel, 30g of medlar, 0/50g of glutinous rice/kloc, 0/5g of Polygonatum sibiricum/kloc, 0/5g of ginger/kloc, and 60g of sugar. Practice: first shred ginger, then put walnut kernel, medlar, Polygonatum sibiricum and ginger into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over medium heat, add glutinous rice and sugar, and cook until rice is rotten into porridge.
