Notes on Standing Piles 3
We are familiar with the saying that "the general rule does not hurt, but the pain will not work." My own understanding in the early days was limited to muscle pain.

Since I came into contact with Chinese medicine and Li's method, especially through the study and practice of the theory of standing piles, I have a new understanding of the meaning of "tong".

When talking about health care, Teacher Ma said that "health care" is strong, "health care" is accessible, and meridians are accessible. Ma Lao said that if the muscles are the same, the meridians are open. Standing piles can achieve this goal. The purpose of erecting piles is to cultivate and supplement yang. When the yang is enough, the natural body will be smooth, and the body will be smooth, and the natural yang will be enough. This is a virtuous circle of nourishing yang.

Among the eight basic theories of Lie method, "general method" is the first theory and the basis of Lie method. According to the theory of qi and blood in ancient Chinese medicine, qi moves for yang, its main function is invisibility, and blood is tangible. Qi and blood are the combination of yin and yang; Qi and blood circulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis; Qi is the handsome of blood, and blood is the mother of qi. Teacher Li Daozheng believes that people's disease lies in the weakness of qi and blood, but many people's weakness of qi and blood is an illusion. The problem is that the motivation is not enough, which leads to stagnation. Scraping and detoxification can achieve the purpose of dredging qi and blood, thus solving the problem of qi stagnation and blood stasis without medication.

In Tian Yuan's book "Weiyang is not sick", you can often see Mr. Li Kelao talking about "clear yang does not rise, turbid yin does not fall" and "lump". After all, it is also about the relationship between "communication" and "impassability" and human diseases. Mr. Li Kelao has always stressed that his "consistent view" is that "where the yang is, you can't get sick, and once the yang is gone, it is sick." The prescription he prescribed was "Sini Decoction"-"Sini Decoction is fundamental, which mainly supplements the congenital Yuan Yang and helps Yang Qi to reach".

Simply put, "communication" is barrier-free and smooth. It is the smooth flow of meridians. When the meridians are opened, many physical problems are naturally solved. As the saying goes, "it hurts, and the general rules don't hurt"!

You see, all the problems of treatment and conditioning revolve around "communication". The difference is that everyone has different methods.

There are many ways to get through the body meridians, such as scraping, moxibustion, standing piles, Tai Chi, martial arts, yoga and so on. I think everyone can choose their own learning style. These methods are aimed at the aftercare of the body, and if they can cooperate with each other, they will certainly have the greatest effect.

Personally, I prefer scraping and standing piles at present. Scraping, especially Li's method, can make the body accessible by expelling toxins from the body, especially toxins in the blood. The only disadvantage of scraping is that you need help from time to time.

Standing pile is the only way to keep healthy without asking others to rely on themselves. Only by relying on yourself can we achieve the effect. Ma Lao said, "Let's practice this pile. Its metabolic function is good, and there is no obstacle to its whole body work. Your qi is smooth, and your' jing yuan, Yuan Qi and Shen Yuan' are constantly supplemented by stakes. Your digestive ability and ability to resist external evils are stronger than others. " Its disadvantage is that it must persist and have perseverance. Ha ha!

Standing on the pile for three months, I feel more and more deeply about communication. I think this is the best self-regulation method I have found so far.

I am honored to meet these simple and effective self-conditioning methods!

Grateful!

Recently, I saw that some students sorted out the criteria of "communication" summarized by teacher Xin Li and copied them here for reference. (20 180506)

"Keep the center and connect all directions", enhance the energy of middle and lower coke, and help to reach all directions.

Several directions of extending in all directions:

First, the skin perspires normally, indicating that internal qi can disperse in the exterior;

Second, the stool is unobstructed, indicating that the gas in the middle coke can circulate;

Third, the urine is unobstructed, which means that the lower coke can be circulated;

Fourth, women's menstruation is normal, indicating normal blood circulation;

Fifth, the limbs are warm, which Chinese medicine calls "four ends";

Sixth, emotional expression and interpersonal communication are unimpeded, which shows that an open mind is very important.
