There is little rain and dry weather in autumn, and the human body is prone to "autumn dryness". Traditional Chinese medicine believes that dryness is easy to hurt the lungs, and autumn qi communicates with the lungs of the human body. Excessive lung qi can easily lead to insufficient body fluid, such as "dryness" of insufficient body fluid, such as dry skin and cough. The prevention of autumn dryness should be based on diet conditioning, and some foods that can moisten the lungs, clear dryness, nourish yin and promote fluid production, such as sour horn, passion fruit, pear, sugar cane, water chestnut, lily and tremella, should be properly selected.

The number of colds increases in autumn. To prevent colds, we must first increase or decrease clothes according to the temperature change. Indoor air conditioning temperature should not be too low, generally at 25℃ ~ 27℃. Autumn is a period of high incidence of diseases, so you must seek medical advice in time to avoid delaying your illness.

Step 6 get up early and go to bed early

Go to bed early to conform to the collection of yin essence, and get up early to relax Yang Qi. Modern research shows that getting up early in autumn can reduce the chance of thrombosis; It is also meaningful to lie down for a few minutes before getting up to stretch your whole body and prevent thrombosis.

It's getting cold in autumn, so clothes shouldn't be added too much at once. Deliberately freezing the body and doing some cold-proof exercises are also important ways to enhance the adaptability of the body to the cold climate in winter. It's cool in autumn, which is a good time to exercise. Especially pay attention to cold-resistant exercises, such as morning exercises, jogging, cold water bath, etc., to improve the resistance to diseases.

8. Pay attention to clothes to prevent colds.

Autumn is different from summer. The temperature in the morning has started to be a little low. You usually sweat more when you exercise. If you are not careful, you are in danger of catching a cold. Therefore, don't wear light clothes to go outdoors as soon as you get up, but give your body a time to adapt. Especially the elderly, don't get up immediately after waking up in the morning. You can stretch your waist and joints on the bed and get out of bed after a short rest.
