The practice of milk papaya porridge
Tool raw materials papaya, milk and honey

Method/step by step

Prepare all the required materials, as follows:

A papaya; Pure milk 1-2 bags/bottles; A small amount of sugar or honey.

First, wash the papaya and cut it to remove seeds.

Put it in a pot and cook for about 20 minutes.

Papaya contains papain, which will coagulate protein, which is not conducive to absorption, so it is best to cook it before eating.

Take out the cooked papaya;

Peel (you can do it without going, or dig out the pulp with a spoon);

Cut into pieces and put them on a plate for later use.

Wash the pot for later use;

Before pouring milk, you can pour a thin layer of water into the pot;

Pour in milk and boil over low heat;

Note: Do not cover the lid when boiling milk;

The best choice for milk is pure milk.

Add papaya pieces, continue to simmer slowly, about 10-20, take out and eat.

If you like sweet mouth, you can add some honey or sugar.
