The People's Procuratorate of liangyuan district, Shangqiu City accused that at the end of September, 201/KLOC-0, a suspect suspected of intentional injury (causing death) committed a crime (handled separately) and fled to Lecong Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province to find the defendant Zhu Moumou. Zhu Moumou knows that Wang Moumou committed a crime in Shangqiu City, and the public security organs are arresting him to help Wang Moumou hide in the field. The public prosecution agency provided the court with the defendant's confession, witness testimony, relevant documentary evidence and other relevant evidence, and believed that the defendant Zhu's behavior had violated the first paragraph of Article 310 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which constituted the crime of harboring. The defendant Zhu Moumou has no objection to the criminal facts alleged in the indictment.
