What kind of tea is good for health?
I think it should be green tea.

Green tea refers to the finished product made of new tea leaves without fermentation, through typical processes such as enzyme fixation, rolling and drying. The color of the finished product and the brewed tea soup retain the green theme of new tea.

As the main tea in China, green tea has an annual output of 654.38+10,000 tons, ranking first among the six primary teas. China produces all kinds of green tea. Zhejiang, Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, Fujian and Guizhou are the main green tea producing provinces in China.

Green tea is not fermented, and it is the most abundant and widely consumed tea in China. It is characterized by clear soup and green leaves.

Hangzhou Longjing, Huangshan Mao Feng, Dongting Biluochun, Lushan Wu Yun, Liuhan Tea, Xinyang Maojian Tea, Emei Zhuyeqing, Lu 'an Guapian, Ancient Bamboo Purple Shoots, Jiangshan Green Peony, Taiping Monkey Kui, Golden Huiming, Laozhu Dafang, Enshi Yulu, Mengding Gan Lu, Jianchun Tea and Xiuning Songmeng all belong to the category of green tea.

The tea I often drink is Xinyang Maojian tea. Drinking tea helps people to maintain a happy mood, coordinate yin and yang, enhance immunity and easily cure various diseases.

Tea contains more than 600 chemical substances, which can be classified into ten categories: alkaloids, tea polyphenols, minerals, vitamin aromatic substances, protein, amino acids, sugars, lipids, tea pigments and so on.

Drinking tea has the functions of refreshing, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, sterilization, detoxification, lowering blood pressure, reducing blood fat, beautifying, anticancer and prolonging life.

"I advise you to drink tea often and live a long life."
