Laozi is the ancestor of Taoism, and he is also the incarnation of Laojun, which shows Laojun's understanding of the true meaning of Taoism. There are couplets carved in stone, which means that it was written by the old gentleman in Taishang. There are only fourteen words, but they tell the true meaning of monasticism, as follows:

Jade furnace burning medicine to prolong life, the right way is to repair longevity pills. The first part:' Burning medicine in jade furnace to prolong life' tells the most precious thing of people, that is, prolonging life. What is longevity? Naturally, it is for the sake of health. However, the taste of this' medicine' actually does not need external demand, it exists on its own. The so-called jade furnace is itself, and the so-called burning can produce medicine. In fact, seven words have summed up the mystery of Taoist cultivation.

Bottom line:' Zhengdao Hangxiu Yishou Dan', the natural Yishou Dan and the medicine for prolonging life are opposite, which embodies the same meaning, in which Hangxiu and Burning are opposite. However, we should pay special attention to the practice of Dan Dao, which pays attention to sex, life and work. The so-called jade furnace means that the body is life and work, and the right path here is representative. Only by cultivating the mind, that is, the right path, can we get Yishou Dan.
