2. Breathe at the rhythm of 3-3 (the amount of each breath will be reduced to 3.5 liters), and then breathe every six steps. It can transport 105 liter of air per minute.
3. Breathe at the rhythm of 2-2 (each breath is reduced to about 3 liters), and the air is delivered about 135 liters per minute.
4. Breathe at the rhythm of1-1. With this breathing frequency, the breathing rhythm is accelerated. The amount of each breath is greatly reduced (runners' voices can often be heard after sprinting), and the total amount of air in and out of the lungs is not even as good as that achieved by breathing frequency from slow to deep.
