Tools/Materials: Black-bone chicken, Abrus cantonensis, Ganoderma lucidum, salt and clay pot.
1, cut the ganoderma lucidum into pieces and clean it.
2. Cut the Abrus cantoniensis.
3. Soak Abrus cantoniensis and Ganoderma lucidum in water for more than half an hour in advance.
