The Guimeng Scenic Area in Yimeng Mountain Tourist Area is now a national AAAA tourist area, a national forest park, a national geological park, a provincial-level scenic spot and a world-famous health and longevity shrine. This is one of the cradles of "Dongyi Culture". Our ancestors lived here 5000 years ago. Since the Zhou Dynasty, there has been a national sacrifice in Mengshan. In the Spring and Autumn Period, Confucius made a small trip to Mount Dongshan (Mengshan was called Dongshan and Dongmeng in ancient times), and The Book of Songs? Truffles sing Mengshan. Lao Laizi, an important Taoist figure in the early Spring and Autumn Period, Gui Guzi, the originator of the Warring States strategist, and Cai Yong, a historian of the Han Dynasty, all lived in seclusion in this mountain. In Mengshan, Taoism is the most prosperous, and both Taoism and Buddhism are cultivated. It is said that there are "36 caves and 72 ancient temples". Mengshan Zhong Ling is a very beautiful place, which has nurtured Confucius disciples Zhong You, Liu Hong, Zhuge Liang, Wang Xizhi, calligrapher Yan Zhenqing and other sages.
This is a symbol of the old revolutionary base area in Yimeng Mountain. The Battle of Meng Lianggu, which shocked China and foreign countries, opened the prelude to the strategic attack of the Liberation War at the foot of Mengshan Mountain. -,Chen Yi, Luo Ronghuan,-,Su Yu and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation have left glorious footprints here. Guimeng Scenic Area in Yimeng Mountain Tourist Area is located in the center of Beijing-Shanghai Golden Tourism Line, and it is an important node for tourists from Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu and Yangtze River Delta to go south and north. Guimeng Scenic Area is connected to the golden coastlines of Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai and Rizhao in the east, and to the mountains and rivers of Tai 'an, Qufu and Jinan in the west.
