Bitter gourd and soybean sparerib soup

This is a classic health soup in summer. Bitter gourd has the effects of clearing away heat, improving eyesight, invigorating spleen, stimulating appetite, relieving summer heat and preventing diseases. Its vitamin C content is 56 mg/100 g, which is more than 10 times that of towel gourd and pumpkin, and it is also a high-potassium vegetable. Ingredients: 500g loofah, fresh fish 1 head, 4 pieces of tofu and 3 pieces of ginger.

Materials: Mume 1 tablet, Ophiopogon japonicus 10g, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 1g, and appropriate amount of rock sugar (1g).

Practice: Put ebony, Ophiopogon japonicus and dried tangerine peel into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, cook for 30 minutes on high fire, and add appropriate amount of rock sugar to melt before drinking. You can also cook the soup and let it cool, and add some honey to drink it cold.
