Pavement surface construction: (1) asphalt prime oil: prime asphalt is spread on the completed lime-fly ash macadam, and the prime asphalt is sprayed by asphalt distributor with the dosage of 1.0L/m2, which is evenly sprayed without slipping or flowing. If there is any omission, it should be added manually. After pouring the prime asphalt, it is advisable to sprinkle stone chips or coarse sand immediately, and the dosage is 3m3/ 1000m2. Then roll it with a 6-8T steel drum roller. After paving, ensure that it will not be disturbed within 24 hours, so that asphalt can fully penetrate into the base. (2) Construction technology of asphalt mixture surface: (1) Preparation: Two pavers are used for asphalt concrete pavement, with reference lines on both sides and aluminum beams in the middle. The distance between the two machines is about 10m. First of all, asphalt concrete pavement construction will do a good job in eight links: grass-roots acceptance, technical preparation, personnel organization, equipment organization, operation preparation, mixture transportation, mixture paving and rolling, and subbase acceptance. The indexes of base and asphalt concrete base must meet the requirements of the used specifications. The smoothness and thickness of asphalt concrete pavement must strictly meet the design requirements and lay a good foundation for the upper construction. A. Material preparation: The asphalt mixture used in construction must be declared as required. If the approved mixture ratio changes, it needs to be declared again. B, personnel preparation: before paving the test section, in the presence of the resident supervisor and on-site commander, report the construction plan and hold a technical disclosure meeting to clarify the responsibilities and technical requirements of each post, so as to achieve a clear division of labor, carry out their duties in an orderly manner, and carry out the construction with the consent of the resident. After the end of the test section, a technical summary meeting will be held, aiming at the existing problems and deficiencies, effective rectification measures will be formulated to further improve the construction technology, and comprehensive construction will be carried out after approval by the supervision engineer. On-site command and overall work coordination; On-site transportation, safety and vehicle deployment; On-site construction, subsequent operation and preparation; Take care of the baseline equipment and adjust the width and oil edge to adjust the elevation, thickness and cross slope of paving stones; Temperature measurement, rolling and testing shall be carried out by special personnel. There are 4 on-site construction technicians, 20 construction teams and 3 safety officers. C, mechanical preparation: mechanical equipment involved in asphalt concrete pavement construction must be in good condition, and standby construction machinery and auxiliary machinery, such as water trucks, refueling trucks, loaders, etc., should closely cooperate with the construction and stand by at any time. All kinds of working machinery are strictly prohibited from leaking oil, and effective measures must be taken to prevent pollution and damage when maintaining and maintaining machinery. E, determine the working face: before the construction of asphalt concrete pavement, determine the working face for continuous construction, and organize personnel to be familiar with the technical parameters of the working face, such as elevation, vertical and horizontal slope, superelevation and widening. Understand the problems existing in grass-roots construction and determine the corresponding remedial measures. When marking construction details, special points such as control points and gradient change points, as well as paver lanes and dividing lines must be clearly marked. Before construction, the construction technicians shall mark the two sides of the road every 5 meters according to a section, and indicate the corresponding pile number. Then fix the reference line on the flat stones on both sides, and hold people in charge after the installation. First of all, the lower bearing layer is fully self-inspected, and the compactness, flatness, height, compactness, thickness, transverse slope and longitudinal slope are comprehensively tested according to the specification requirements. After passing the self-inspection, submit it for inspection and acceptance, and set it as the fixed point for future pavement layer detection. After acceptance, proceed to the next step. (2) Supervision of production, transportation and unloading of asphalt mixture: First of all, our project department entrusts the laboratory to control the production quality of asphalt, complete various indoor tests according to the requirements of specifications, and feed back the results to the supervisor in time. Without the consent of the supervisor, the mixture ratio shall not be adjusted, and manual unloading is strictly prohibited. The specialist is responsible for measuring the temperature of materials, observing the appearance quality, and preventing unqualified materials from being used in construction. Secondly, the hot-mixed asphalt mixture is transported by large-tonnage truck (provided by the material factory), and the carriage is cleaned. In order to prevent asphalt from sticking to the carriage board, a layer of oil-water mixture can be coated, but there can be no residual liquid accumulation at the bottom of the carriage. In addition, according to the production capacity of asphalt concrete mixing equipment, the transportation force is reasonably arranged. Considering the need of continuous operation of paver as much as possible and other unexpected situations, the transportation force shall be properly surplus. During the construction, there are more than five trucks waiting to be unloaded in front of the paver. In the process of continuous paving, the truck shall stop in front of the paver 10 ~ 30cm, and shall not hit the paver. In the process of unloading, the truck is put in neutral and pushed forward by the paver. The truck is covered with tarpaulin for heat preservation, rain and snow protection and pollution prevention. After the asphalt mixture is transported to the paving site, assign special personnel to check the mixing quality and oil temperature one by one. When the temperature is lower than the specified requirements (140 ~ 160, winter application 170 ~ 160), as well as severely separated materials, flowers, oily materials or mixtures that have formed lumps and are wet by rain, they shall be removed immediately and shall not be paved on the road. (3) Paving: After the paver is in place, pave the skids under the screed. The top elevation of the skid is the design height plus the actual thickness of the paving layer at that point. The measured elevation of the stow-wood is accurate and corrected repeatedly until it meets the specification requirements. Before receiving the materials, the paver should coat a small amount of diesel oil in the hopper to prevent the materials from sticking. The paver should be preheated in advance before driving, and the elevation, cross slope and thickness should be detected immediately after starting, and checked and adjusted in time. This work should be completed within 30 meters after paving. If necessary, it can be stopped for inspection, and it must be restarted when the problem is serious. According to the actual mixture type, construction machinery and construction technology, the loose paving coefficient of asphalt mixture is selected by trial paving and pressure testing or according to the provisions of loose paving coefficient in the specification. The paving temperature of asphalt mixture meets the specification requirements, and it is selected according to asphalt grade, viscosity, air temperature and paving layer thickness. Asphalt mixture must be spread slowly, evenly and continuously. During paving, it is not allowed to change the speed or stop halfway at will. The paving speed is determined according to the output of mixer, the supporting conditions of construction machinery, the thickness and width of paving layer, and meets the requirements of 2 ~ 6m/min. In the process of paving, the screw feeder of the paver keeps rotating, and the mixture on both sides is kept less than 2/3 of the height of the feeder, and segregation does not occur on the full-width section of the paver. Used to deal with local small segregation of screened fine materials. After the thickness of screed is fixed as required, it shall not be adjusted at will. In the process of paving, there is a special person to direct the vehicle to discharge, and the connection is timely to reduce the downtime of the paver in the operation. If the feeding part leaves the gear, stop the machine and press the trolley properly. It is forbidden to spread with incoming materials. In the process of paving, our unit will assign special personnel to measure the longitudinal elevation, transverse slope and paving thickness of the oil surface in time, and adjust it in time if it does not meet the requirements. The mixture paved by machinery should be trimmed repeatedly, without manual work. When the cross section does not meet the requirements, the joints of structures are short of materials, the edge of paving belt is partially short of materials, the surface is obviously uneven, the local mixture is obviously separated, and there are obvious drag marks after the paver. People can repair or replace the mixture locally under the guidance of on-site supervision. When the defects are serious, eradicate them, and adjust the paver or improve the paving process. When serious defects are caused due to mechanical reasons, paving should be stopped immediately. When repairing by hand, workers should not stand on the surface of hot mixture. When the blanking temperature of the machine is too low, the machine must be lifted to make transverse joints. It is forbidden to trample and trim paving materials without initial pressure. ④ Rolling: The compaction of asphalt concrete should be divided into three stages: initial compaction, secondary compaction and final compaction (including molding) according to different material temperatures. Assign special personnel to detect the temperature of asphalt mixture and direct the rolling machinery. After paving, the temperature of asphalt mixture is in the initial pressure stage, so a red flag should be inserted on the roadside as a sign. The temperature of asphalt mixture is in recompression stage, and a yellow flag is inserted on the roadside as a sign. The temperature of asphalt mixture is in the final pressure stage, and a green flag is inserted by the roadside as a sign. When there is no support at the edge, rake the mixture at the edge a little higher with a rake, and then extend the outer wheel of the roller out of the edge 10cm for rolling. You can also make a gap of 30 ~ 40 cm at the edge first, and after the first compaction, put most of the weight of the roller on the surface of the compacted mixture before pressing the edge to reduce the outward movement. Roller rolling twice (first static and then vibrating), the line pressure should not be less than 350N/cm. After initial pressure, check the flatness and road arch, and trim it properly if necessary. When rolling, point the driving wheel towards the paver. It is forbidden to change the rolling route and rolling direction suddenly, which will cause the mixture to move. The roller must start and stop at a low speed. In this process, special attention should be paid to flatness and road arch. B. Re-compaction: Re-compaction shall be carried out after initial compaction, and the following requirements shall be met: DD 130 vibratory roller (4 ~ 6 km/h) shall be used for re-compaction, and the rolling times shall be no less than 4 ~ 6 times determined by pressure test, so as to achieve the required compactness and no obvious wheel tracks. When using vibratory roller, the vibration frequency should be 35 ~ 50hz, and it should be selected according to the mixture type, temperature and layer thickness. When the layer thickness is thicker, the frequency and amplitude are larger, and the overlapping width of adjacent rolled strips is 10 ~ 20 cm. The vibratory roller stops vibrating when reversing, and then starts vibrating after moving in the other direction, so as to avoid the mixture from bulging. The vibratory roller shall be used for rolling twice, and the tire roller shall be used for rolling twice. C. Final pressure: Final pressure shall be carried out after recompression. Finally, use 1 DD 130 road roller (3km/h) for static grinding, with no wheel tracks for at least two times. The final temperature of pavement compaction meets the specification requirements. At the end of pressing, quality control personnel use flatness meter to detect flatness and nuclear density meter to measure density. If it does not meet the requirements, press it in time. Mechanical rolling speed list: roller type: initial pressure, secondary pressure, final pressure: steel roller 1.5-2.0km/h3.0km/h, weak vibrating steel roller: 1.5-2.0km/h, vibration 4-6km/h, and the length of the rolling section of the roller is balanced with the paving speed. Every time the roller turns back from both ends, it advances in a ladder shape with the paver, so that the place where it turns back is not on the same cross section. The roller shall not reverse on the uncompacted mixture, but it must reverse along the same track. In the continuous paving process of paver, the roller shall not stop at will. Designate a person to clean the roller. The roller shall not turn, turn around or stop waiting on the section that has not been cooled by rolling. Vibrating roller will turn off vibration when driving on the formed road surface. For local areas such as structural joints, corners, widened parts and some road edges that cannot be compacted by road rollers, vibrating rammers are used for compaction. Use a hand rammer and a hot iron to supplement the compaction at the edges. After rolling, before cooling, rollers or other vehicles shall not be parked on the road surface, and mineral materials, oil stains and other sundries shall not be scattered, and the flatness and compactness shall be detected in time. In case of heavy rain during paving, the paving must be stopped immediately, and the mixture in the transport vehicle and paver should be covered. For the paved material layer, the rolling speed should be appropriately increased, and the rolling should be ended as soon as possible through vibration. For the road sections that have been rolled, the traffic will be released after 24 hours. D. Joints: Construction joints and joints at both ends of the structure must be carefully operated to ensure tightness and smoothness. The mixture on the longitudinal joint will be statically rolled by DD 130 steel wheel roller immediately after the paver, and the rolling work will continue until the joint is smooth and dense. When paving, the longitudinal joints of echelon operation should be directly recommended for thermal connection. Due to the interruption of work, the end of the paving material has cooled down, or when the work is resumed the next day, transverse joints shall be carried out. And it is staggered 1 m between the connecting layer and the adjacent stroke. The specific operation method is as follows: at the end of construction, before the paver approaches the finish line, lift the screed slightly away from the site for about 1 m, and manually shovel the mixture at the finish line before rolling. Then use a 3-meter ruler to check the flatness, and vertically remove the part with insufficient thickness of the end layer before it is completely cooled, so as to facilitate the construction of right-angle connection in the next step. Spray a thin layer of sticky oil on the vertical plane of the straight stubble that has just been planed, and bake it evenly along the seam with the flame pyrogen of the blowtorch. First, roll the transverse joints with DD 130 roller. When rolling, the roller is located on the compacted mixture layer, and the width extending into the new layer is 15cm. Then move 15 ~ 20 cm to the newly paved mixture every time until it is all on the newly paved layer, and then roll it longitudinally. When adjacent paving layers have been formed and there are longitudinal joints at the same time, they can be rolled along the longitudinal joints with a steel wheel roller with a rolling width of 15 ~ 20 cm, then rolled horizontally along the transverse joints, and finally rolled vertically normally. For longitudinal joints not paved on the same day, before paving new materials, the edge of the first paving belt should be finely repaired, the loose, cracked, not thick enough or not dense enough parts should be removed, the seam edges should be planed into vertical straight lines, and a thin layer of bonding oil should be sprayed before paving new materials. In front of the paving point 10 ~ 20 m, coat the planned longitudinal joints with hot mixture, which is generally 15 ~ 20 cm wide and10 ~/5 cm high. Immediately after paving, roll the longitudinal joints. When rolling, most road rollers press on the rolled pavement, and the width is about 10 ~ 15 cm, and then gradually move (side shaft) over the longitudinal joints. When the paving of mixture by transverse construction joint paver is interrupted for some reason, transverse joints must be set. The paver leaves the end of the mixture; Finally, the mixture is manually arranged, and two squares are placed next to the mixture, the height of which is the same as the compaction thickness of the mixture. Leveling the mixture near the square wood; The other side of the square wood is backfilled with gravel or gravel about 3m long, and its height should be several centimeters higher than the square wood; Compacting the mixture; Before paving the mixture again, remove gravel or crushed stone and square timber, and clean and roughen the top surface of the lower bearing layer; The paver returns to the end of the compacted layer and starts paving the mixture again; If the compaction end is not supported by square timber, the uncompacted mixture near and below the paver shall be removed, and the compacted end with satisfactory elevation and flatness shall be dug into a horizontal (vertical to the road center) and vertical downward section. Then spread a new mixture. During the construction of half a picture, the longitudinal joints must be vertically connected: when paving the previous picture, the side near the latter picture is supported by square wood, and its height is the same as the compaction thickness of the mixture layer. After curing, remove the supporting wood before laying another painting. In the whole process of paving, shaping, stabilizing, leveling, trimming and compacting of the mixture, the traffic is completely interrupted. After rolling, the surface appearance is smooth and dense, and there is no pumice and spring phenomenon. The roller above 12t has no obvious wheel tracks, and the construction is stable. During the construction of multi-layer structure, the spacing between upper and lower transverse joints shall not be less than 1m, and the spacing between longitudinal joints shall not be less than 30cm. E sampling, testing and inspection: the asphalt mixture from the same material source shall be sampled once a day, and the specified items shall be inspected according to the standard method in the specification. During the construction of the mixture, samples shall be taken every day or every 2000m2 to test the water content, lime content and unconfined compressive strength. On the completed paving layer, the degree of compaction shall be detected at the frequency required by the technical specifications of this project. Eight measuring points are set in the test section, and the height (as well as the loose paving elevation before rolling) is measured every 4, 6 and 8 times, so as to obtain the actual loose paving coefficient until the soil surface no longer drops. Compaction test is divided into 4 times, 6 times and 8 times, with 8 points in total, so as to control the rolling times. After the test section, summarize the data and report to the supervision engineer. F. Traffic opening in winter and rainy season and construction measures: After the asphalt mixture pavement layer is completely cooled naturally and the surface temperature of the mixture is lower than 50℃, traffic will be opened 24 hours later according to the actual situation. When the traffic needs to be opened in advance, the temperature of the mixture can be reduced by sprinkling water. The construction of asphalt pavement in rainy season meets the following requirements: pay attention to the weather forecast, strengthen the contact between the site and the asphalt mixing station, shorten the construction length, and closely link each process; Trucks and construction sites are equipped with rain-proof facilities, and drainage measures are taken at the grass-roots and shoulders; When it rains or the lower layer is wet, the asphalt mixture shall not be paved, and the asphalt mixture that has been rained but not compacted shall be completely removed and replaced with new materials. The construction of asphalt pavement in winter meets the following requirements: 1, and the mixing temperature of asphalt mixture should be increased in winter construction, and the asphalt mixture should be160 ~170℃; Paving time should be from 9 am to 4 h in the afternoon; When the construction temperature is lower than 5℃, it is not suitable to spread hot mix asphalt mixture; The construction temperature of expressway and main roads should not be lower than 10℃. 2. When transporting asphalt mixture, heat preservation measures should be taken, and the temperature of petroleum asphalt mixture arriving at the construction site should not be lower than 150℃. 3, base surface should be dry, clean, no ice, snow, frost, etc. And should be ready to wind, heating, heat preservation tools and equipment, etc. 4, summer-planting preheating temperature should be kept at 65~70℃, when rolling, the application of roller riding summer-planting to strengthen rolling for more than two times. 5, artificial paving, should be covered in time after discharging heat preservation; The operation method of "three quick and two timely" should be adopted, that is, quick unloading, paving and leveling, and timely dressing and rolling. 6. In winter construction, there should be enough rollers for rolling. The rolling temperature should not be lower than 90℃. G. Maintenance: After the compaction molding is qualified, the oil surface temperature can be lowered to the atmospheric temperature and the traffic can be opened.
