The first one is Guanyuan point. Located 3 inches below the navel (about four fingers wide except the thumb), regular massage is helpful to tonify kidney and qi and delay aging. It can also help strengthen the spleen and stomach and expel moisture. I have always felt that this so-called moisture is a concept. A new name is the same as DHA and ARA on milk powder, but it makes you feel tall. That's all. As for the effect, there is, but this moisture noun is a concept.
The second is Yongquan point. Yongquan point is located at the sole of the foot. Everyone knows that massaging Yongquan point can play a role in health care. Generally, it can be relieved by soaking feet in hot water. If you soak your feet with Chili water, the effect will be better. When I was doing physical exercise, the health care person told me that I only soaked it once, and I don't know if the effect is good, because soaking it once or twice should have no effect. But if you soak your feet for a long time, you need to burn your own Chili water, which is very troublesome.
The third is Yinling Spring. It is below the knee, stroking upward along the medial bone of the calf, and the depression when it turns inward is where Yinling Spring is located. Ten minutes of massage every day is enough. Of course, it hurts from the beginning. As long as it is an acupoint, there will be pain when you massage. As long as it hurts, it means inflammation. This needs to be treated well. If you feel uncomfortable, soak your feet.
What other acupressure do you think can strengthen the spleen and stomach?
