I remember when I was in primary school, every winter and summer vacation, and at the beginning of the holiday, I played and did some homework every day to attract my attention through interesting things. As a result, all the homework was finished in the last day or two.

I don't have the patience to spend time reading and remembering all the courses that take time, especially the liberal arts courses. As a result, I was seriously biased, and all the good high schools and universities left me.

The most outrageous thing is the MBA thesis defense. I handed in the first draft of my paper early, and of course I finished it hastily. As a result, it was not revised until two weeks before the thesis defense, and I found many overlapping places with the existing literature. I didn't pass the duplicate check, so I stayed up all night until the day before my thesis defense. Haha, the result was still not completed, so I applied for an extension of my thesis defense. The school gave me another six months. As a result, it is conceivable that my thesis has not been finished for half a year, so when all the courses are finished, the thesis has its own ideas and structure, and as a result, the thesis has not completed its defense.

After work, I found that my procrastination became more and more serious, and a lot of work was completed before the deadline.

Do you think I have tried to change and become a self-disciplined person since then?

Don't! I was defeated by reality! I used to stay up late, but now I can't sleep all night. Under great pressure, I can't fall asleep until four or five in the morning every day. I can't get up at 90 in the morning, and I can't get up at noon. The experience of starting a business in partnership with others at least gave me a reason to get up early. As a result, I am always late. I studied hard and bought several boxes of books. Now, I haven't even finished reading 1%. I want to take a good exercise, but when I think about it, I keep exercising until I get hurt. In other words, you haven't exercised for a long time and are completely lazy. In this state, you are wavering. I always feel that as long as I can keep exercising, my body will get better little by little. And the result? Now I feel that if I want to exercise, running will hurt my knees and strength training will hurt my joints. I don't even know how to do it. And learning, I don't know where the purpose is. What's the use of studying? Because it can't bring material benefits at all. Life has always been irregular, and virtually lost some opportunities to passively control your time. Life, leisure, work, entertainment, fitness and study are completely disrupted. On those days when I don't have to go to work, I may get up at noon, find a coffee shop, finish my coffee and then plan where to exercise in the afternoon. But I didn't take my ass away from the coffee shop until the light came on. Sometimes, if it's too late, I go home. Sometimes I work out until ten o'clock in the evening, and then I go to eat. Such a day, now that I think about it, is really unbearable.

I am a serious procrastinator, and sometimes I even call myself a procrastinator.

Unlike those self-disciplined people who are already sharing. Most of them are winners in life and do well through self-discipline. I, on the other hand, have been changing back and forth in the quagmire of self-discipline and out of control.

If I don't discipline myself, I know I will die completely. Push yourself! Live, work and study. Take control of your life and live again!
