First, strengthen community party building.

With the goal of building a good leadership team, cultivating a good team, stepping out of a good development path and forming a good working mechanism, the party branch of Paradise Community further strengthens the construction of community party branches, conscientiously completes the creation of "six good" community party organizations, organizes party member, employees and their families to seriously study the spirit of the second enlarged meeting of the Sixth CPC, establishes the "three meetings and one lesson" system of party member's study, self-examination and self-correction, and establishes the archives of party member's party activists and party member's family, and the basic information flow of party member. Second, take community service as the leading service and community residents.

1), the community service working committee closely focuses on the concept of "people-oriented, serving the people", gives full play to the role of community volunteers, and actively carries out activities such as facilitating the people, respecting the elderly and helping the disabled, and helping the poor. The community service center installed pagers for the elderly, needy families, disabled people and other families 1 1, which facilitated their lives. On March 12, residents' committee staff and Maria, a community volunteer, went to the deaf-mute school to have their hair cut for deaf-mute students.

2) For the convenience of community residents, the neighborhood committee held a report meeting in the community with the theme of "Scientific Health, Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases and Hypertension". Residents were tested by instruments and their blood pressure was measured 352 times. Neighborhood committees also organize elderly people and frail elderly people to go door-to-door to clean up, give them medicine and take them to see a doctor. Zhang and his wife, an 80-year-old community family, have only one daughter, and their son-in-law is fighting for the housing of the elderly. They took the two elderly people to court, and the neighborhood Committee reported for the elderly to apply for legal aid, and the district judicial bureau provided it for the elderly free of charge. Third, do a good job in community autonomy.

Paradise community follows the terms of democratic autonomy of community residents. Six working committees and six groups have been set up for ideological and political work, comprehensive public opinion survey, community service, environmental sanitation, culture and education, rights protection and family planning, and community autonomy has been carried out normally. Since the beginning of this year, we have always done the following work around the hot and difficult issues that residents care about:

1), according to the residents' strong reaction, there are more than a dozen dogs in Yang Hongqun's house in 22 buildings, which makes the corridor of the whole community stink, and dogs often bark at the residents in the middle of the night and cannot live a normal life. The neighborhood committee attached great importance to it, repeatedly reflected the request to solve it as soon as possible, and personally reported the matter to the district chief Tian, which attracted the attention of the leaders. The government held an emergency meeting to beat dogs and asked the law enforcement brigade to solve the problem on the eve of the Spring Festival. On the eve of the Spring Festival, the problems left over for many years were solved. With the help of the neighborhood Committee, the law enforcement brigade finally got rid of Yang Hongqun's dog in less than a week. Because Yang Hongqun was mentally ill, the neighborhood committee and the law enforcement brigade sent him to the people's hospital for treatment. The Ethnic Affairs Commission bought nutrition to visit the hospital, comforted him and asked the epidemic prevention station to disinfect Yang Hongqun's home.

2) Parking vehicles in residential areas, especially in buildings 17 and 12. Every day, seven or eight cars are parked under the window of an 80-year-old man. It affects the normal rest of the elderly. The neighborhood Committee attached great importance to this matter and reported it to the District Construction Bureau to weld iron pipes in the small parking lot. The neighborhood Committee did a practical thing for the residents.

3) In view of the unreasonable construction of community Little Square, which affects residents' physical exercise, the Construction Bureau of the neighborhood committee reported that it has been expanded and rectified.

4) The exhaust fumes from Xing Yin Restaurant in front of two ethnic buildings affected the ventilation of residents. Neighborhood committees have repeatedly reported to the Environmental Protection Bureau that they have rectified the smoke exhaust pipeline and installed an oil fume purifier under the compulsion of the law enforcement brigade.

Fourth, enrich the cultural life of community residents and primary and secondary school students, and promote the construction of spiritual civilization.

In order to enrich residents' cultural and recreational life, the Paradise Community has set up aerobics teams for middle-aged and elderly people, yangko teams and Tai Ji Chuan teams, and Suhua Wang, a community volunteer and cultural and sports instructor, organizes residents' fitness every day. In cultural activities, Yu Yu E, a resident of Paradise Community, and others arranged the Henan Opera sketch "Married Daughter-in-law and Forgotten Mother", which won the first prize in the second community opera sketch competition in Karamay District and the gold medal in the second community art exhibition competition in Karamay City.

Since the beginning of this year, the neighborhood committee of Paradise Community has held a lecture on "Cherish Life, Resist Drugs" and a golden autumn literary evening on "Green Peace, Better Tomorrow". On the occasion of the Day for the Elderly, the Party branch of Paradise Community organized middle-aged and elderly people in the community to visit the Mining History Exhibition Hall and Jiulongtan. The 4th National Fitness Celebration and Mid-Autumn Residents' Fun Games were held, and nearly 100 residents in the community participated in activities such as skipping rope, voting in Fei Biao and tug of war, which greatly enriched and enlivened their amateur cultural life. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the large number of primary school students in the community, the Paradise Community Neighborhood Committee uses the summer vacation to carry out colorful cultural and recreational activities to enrich the children's holiday life. In order to strengthen children's ideological and moral education, cultivate children's innovative spirit and practical ability, strive to improve children's comprehensive quality, and activate their cultural life, the Paradise Community Neighborhood Committee strengthens legal education for young people, so that young people can know, understand and abide by the law and become qualified young citizens. During the summer vacation, Paradise Community Neighborhood Committee held lectures on preventing juvenile delinquency, summer book training, children's summer fun games, basketball friendly matches, football matches, national defense education lectures and visits. And an essay contest with the theme of "I love my family, I love my community"; Carry out manual training such as paper cutting and Chinese knot weaving; Organize students to visit Heiyou Mountain, Mining History Exhibition Hall, Xijiao Reservoir and other places. Five, strengthen community security work to ensure social and political stability.

1), good community order is the goal of our work, and creating a civilized, peaceful and safe social security environment is the unshirkable responsibility and obligation of all neighborhood Committee staff. Paradise New Village, with a permanent population of 770, is a community with a large number of rental houses and migrants, who are highly mobile. Under such difficult conditions, the existing five residents' committees took on three responsibilities when the security personnel were not in place and the staff were nervous.

2) Give full play to the role of the volunteer defense team and divide it into responsibility areas where one person is responsible for three buildings. No matter day or night or holidays, they can patrol the community at any time. Neighborhood committees regularly assess the security guards' situation in this area, register and check the identity cards, temporary residence permits and other documents of migrants at any time in their daily work, cooperate with the police station to carry out two major inspections, and file registration for rental tenants and migrants according to the requirements of the District Family Planning Commission. Basic information cards, six registration and various systems have been established, foreign population management institutions have been established, management measures have been formulated, and family planning responsibility contracts at all levels have been signed. Family planning propagandists attend regular meetings on time and complete various reports from superiors in time. In order to strengthen the management of floating population, through publicity columns, publicity columns, lectures and other forms, to publicize "population and family planning knowledge" and "reproductive health, prenatal and postnatal care, contraception and birth control knowledge". In order to implement the "Decision", 750 leaflets were distributed to the floating population in the jurisdiction, 250 beneficiaries were consulted, contraceptives were distributed, the marriage and childbirth certificates of their origin were checked, and follow-up records were made. Lectures on reproductive health, contraception and birth control, health care for middle-aged and elderly people were held for more than 50 women of childbearing age in the jurisdiction.

VI. Creating Good Environmental Sanitation

In order to make residents have a clean and comfortable living environment, neighborhood committees strengthen environmental health management, enhance residents' health awareness, and implement the responsibility to people in stages. During Patriotic Health Month, the family members of all employees were organized to clean up the messy corridor, and more than 300 posters and 700 leaflets were distributed. A total of 1575 packages of "four pests" drugs were distributed to residents twice, and three private vegetable growers were cleaned up. The elderly over 60 years old are registered, and the community service center provides health physiotherapy services for the disabled at No.5, Building 23 of the Paradise, and holds a health knowledge lecture on "Happy Life, Healthy Psychology" for the middle-aged and elderly people in the Paradise community.

Over the past year, under the correct leadership of the District Committee and the Party Working Committee of Yinhe Road Street, and with the strong support of residents, the Paradise Community Neighborhood Committee has made certain achievements and won honorary titles such as "Drug-free Community" and "Advanced Unit in the Second Community Neighborhood Committee Election". This is the result of the joint efforts of Qi Xin, all party member employees of the Party branch of Paradise Community, but there is still a big gap compared with advanced units.
