In the process of sustainable development, Yinan No.3 Middle School has forged and trained a county-wide first-class teacher team with pure style and excellent business. School staff 125 people, including 46 senior teachers, 60 first-class teachers, teaching assistants 16 people, and 3 professional and technical workers, with an educational attainment rate of 100%. There are 39 outstanding teachers and teaching experts at the provincial and municipal levels, among whom 5 won the Outstanding Achievement Award in Education and Scientific Research at or above the municipal level, and 2 won the first batch of "Yimeng Masters" in Yinan.
