First, pay attention to fitness should eat less and eat more meals, and keep vegetables, meat and fruits for each meal. Only in this way can we ensure the supply of the human body, so that the body will not break down muscles as energy because of hunger, and also solve the risk of hoarding because it absorbs too much heat and cannot be used. As a foodie, eating less and eating more can at least solve the problem, and I feel that I am eating all day, which is not much better.

Second, rest for about half an hour after fitness and take a comfortable hot bath. The feeling of pore dredging can be said to be great!

Third, remember to eat fast carbohydrate, high protein, vitamin and mineral supplements to supplement nutrition immediately after practice. I believe your coach should emphasize this point ~

Fourth, eat a small amount of food at night. You can't worry about gaining weight without eating anything, which will not only help you replenish your body energy, but also make you more tired.

Massage properly after fitness. I don't need to explain this. Everyone knows the efficacy of massage. After taking a hot bath, find a roommate and family to press the button, and chat and relax!
