As for running, I have changed from a person who hates this sport extremely and thinks that running is self-harm to a person who has his own running plan. For muscle training, I prefer to train my chest muscles and legs for a period of time, and later I will increase my arms and back. But in fact, for strength training, it is easy to feel tired, so we will gradually increase the number of trainings in the future. It is currently planned to be four times a week.

For running, I hope to improve my running speed. At present, the known good result is also the fastest one kilometer, 6 minutes and 50 seconds, but it is only once. At present, it is more than one kilometer, 8 minutes and more than ten seconds. For the improvement of running, it is not so urgent. I hope the intensity of strength training will increase, so it can be maintained for the time being, but there will be a one-time long-distance running training in the near future.

Walking, I hope that after the Majia line is obvious, my self-estimation will be around July and August, and then there will be a plan to climb various famous mountains. But don't worry now, go every day.

Although in fact, I am also very curious about why I, a person who exercises every day, have the same performance as someone who doesn't exercise often.

Maybe it's not that I don't exercise enough at ordinary times, or that I deceive myself. Others don't care what they think, but I know my own efforts.
