1. Practitioners must really like Xingyiquan. There is a saying that hobbies are the best teachers. Only hobbies can be actively pursued and explored. People who don't like and like from the heart, no matter how good the conditions are, will never learn well.

2. Be taught by a truly understanding and non-conservative teacher. For beginners of Xingyiquan, teachers are very important.

3. If you want to practice Xingyiquan well, you need enough time to practice and a certain economic foundation. If likes and hobbies are the foundation and finding a master is the premise, then time is the core of a practitioner. Kung fu is time, and the effect of practicing one hour of kung fu a day is definitely different from that of practicing four hours a day. Some adults are married and have children, some need to support the elderly, and some need to work. If you spend time practicing martial arts, it is difficult for ordinary people to do it. Therefore, it is the truth that "the poor are poor in literature and wealth". First of all, Wushu should ensure the absorption of nutrients in the body. People who practice martial arts generally eat a lot. How can a person who can't even eat at home have the mind to practice martial arts? Maybe everyone thinks that Xingyiquan can't be changed without three bodies, but I have indeed seen some teachers stand in three bodies when teaching students. Then if you really practice, you should know that you are wrong. You are lucky that your legs are not standing, or you are really a martial arts genius.
