Why did you catch a cold and have a fever the next day after fitness?
There are many reasons for catching a cold and having a fever on the second day of fitness, because the body consumes a lot of energy and calories after exercise, and the body is the most collapsed moment. The following are my personal views and opinions to analyze the reasons for my cold and fever after fitness:

As mentioned above, we have another reason, that is, it may be because of the hot weather. It must be very hot after exercise, but some people will turn on the air conditioner at once, or turn on the fan to the maximum and enjoy it for a while. But the end result is often a cold, especially when I wake up the next day and find my head particularly painful. This is a fever caused by a cold. Be sure to go to the hospital for a check-up, or it will be bad if it is delayed for a long time.

3. Some people have no common sense. They just feel uncomfortable and hot after exercise, and then they think there is nothing wrong with taking a cold bath, and then they start taking a cold bath regardless of the willy-nilly. People are not so bad and their bodies are not made of iron. Once the cold enters your body, it will cause a series of problems such as colds. This is a precedent.

Therefore, there are many reasons for cold and fever after fitness exercise, so we should pay attention to various treatments after exercise, and don't do excessive activities and treatments, which will not only affect our health but also drag down the implementation of our fitness plan.
