Muscle fiber division:
In fact, our fitness and exercise behavior is a kind of harm. We use resistance and weight training to train our target muscle group and make our target muscle group grow. The principle is that muscle fibers are torn in this process, and then recombined with the nutrients taken in the diet and our own rest after training. Muscle fibers naturally become bigger and thicker in the process of reorganization, so that we can achieve the purpose of fitness. This kind of injury is relatively small and normal. In this kind of injury, what we need to pay attention to is that we should take a large proportion of protein and carbohydrates after training, and then ensure eight to nine hours of sleep every day.
Muscle strain:
Sometimes in our training process, maybe an action is too violent, or maybe it is because of muscle fatigue, and we often encounter muscle strain. For strain, our treatment is to rest, so that our injured parts can get a full rest. If you train again before the muscles have fully recovered, it will only further deepen the degree of injury. If the strain is serious and affects your life, you must ice it first to make the blood vessels contract and control the amount of bleeding. We can also use fixation to fix the injured part to avoid secondary injury.
Cramp:
Cramps are also encountered by athletes. It always comes without warning. During exercise, you suddenly feel severe muscle contraction pain. If you have a cramp in your calf, we can tighten it as much as possible, and then when its natural contraction ends, the symptoms will gradually ease. The cramp won't last long. The cause of cramp may be the result of your long-term lack of exercise, or it may be a signal that your body is short of calcium. In your diet, you should increase the intake of calcium appropriately.
Dislocation:
Dislocation is a serious injury. After we dislocate, we should try not to let the injured part move further to ensure that there will be no secondary injury, and then go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. Generally, dislocation is well reduced under the treatment of doctors. What we need to do is to use cold compress or some drugs to reduce swelling after reduction.
Fracture:
Fracture is a very serious injury. In our training, if an accident leads to a fracture in a certain part, what we need to do is to get to the hospital as soon as possible and make recovery or surgical arrangements under the guidance of a doctor. In the process of our fracture recovery, try not to let the injured part emit too much force, and then take more calcium or other foods that are conducive to bone growth. The fracture is a hard injury. Although it has greatly affected our training plan and brought us too much pain, compared with some cartilage injuries, the fracture can be recovered. As long as you follow the doctor's advice, it won't have much influence on your future training. The premise is that you must be patient and get well. Only when you are fully recovered can you do some weight-bearing and resistance training. Until then, everything is based on safety.
In the process of our sports, we certainly hope that we don't have too many injuries, but we must make all preparations and understand some situations, so that you can adopt the correct coping style under special circumstances. Finally, Bian Xiao wishes all of you healthy enjoyment of training forever. What we hope most is that you won't get hurt.
