August 8th, 2023 is the15th National Fitness Day in China.

National fitness aims at comprehensively improving the national physique and health level, focusing on teenagers and children, and advocates that the whole people participate in physical fitness activities more than once a day. In order to commemorate the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, it is approved to designate August 8th of each year as "National Fitness Day" from 2009.

The people of the whole country, regardless of sex, age and age, enhance the strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination and control of all parts of the body, thus making the people strong.
