Turn luck on and off.
Move your left foot to the width of your left shoulder, and the outside of your feet is parallel. Slowly and calmly raise your hands forward to your chest, smiling, happy, and close your eyes slightly. Imagine holding a ball in your palm, gently and slowly closing your palm, slowly stopping when the two hands are two or three inches apart, then separating and pulling apart. At this time, you feel that there is a suction connection, you can't pull it open, and your hands are closed one by one. Relax and breathe naturally. The distance between hands is flexible. Bend your hands and fingers slightly and relax. You can also sit. Repeat this exercise 10 ~ 30 minutes, and you will feel numbness, swelling and fever in your palms. Some people will feel that their hands are really like holding a ball, which is not easy to close or separate, as if there is some kind of magnetic force. This is the feeling of anger. What is this? Angry? A good phenomenon. Some people may not feel this way at first, and some people may not practice for a few days. Explain that these people? Angry? Slow down, don't worry, don't think about it when practicing, go with nature and continue to practice seriously, and this feeling will appear, won't it? Angry? . Repeat it many times, and after a period of time, the sense of qi between your hands will gradually increase.
Luck can cure the eyes.
When calm, smiling, cheerful, eyes slightly closed, and luck is strong, slowly turn your hands so that the Laogong points of your hands are aimed at your eyes. At this time, relax your eyes and close your eyes gently. It seems that the air in the palm of your hands is in front of your eyes and slowly moves closer to your eyes. When the palm of your hand slowly moves closer to your eyes, there will be air pressure or heat in your eyes. At this time, stop for about half a minute and let the air in your eyes match the air in your palm. Then pull it out. At this time, the eyes will be pulled out by gravity, and this will be repeated 6- 10 times. You can also have more time.
Under the condition of keeping the feeling of connecting hands with eye qi, slowly turn your hands in circles, first to the left, then to the right, 6 to 9 times. At this time, the eyes will feel rotated by the qi in their hands. After the rotation, the eyes are fixed at Laogong point. At this time, the whole body is relaxed and the consciousness is concentrated on the sense of qi between the hands and eyes. At this time, qi enters the eyes to reach qi and blood, and the eyes may have a feeling of heat swelling or micro-motion. At this time, qi moves in the eyes, regulating the function of eye tissues. This step takes 5- 10 minutes. Finally, rub your eyes, face, chest and abdomen.
The second lecture of myopia qigong: transforming internal qi
1. Concentrate on practicing internal skills.
It's almost the same as sitting normally. It's best to sit on a wooden stool, but don't fill it. Just sit in front of the stool 1/3, so that you can keep your body upright, keep your internal qi flowing up and down, and keep your feet shoulder-width apart. It is required that the head should be straight, the neck should be straight, the heart should be flat, the spirit should be harmonious, and walk with God. The mouth and eyes are slightly closed and the mandible is slightly adducted, and each time is not less than 15 minutes. Forget everything, sit quietly, think nothing, and breathe naturally. You can practice a little more if you have time. You can also take a double-disk posture. Can friends who believe in Buddhism read it? Amitabha? You can say it out loud or say it in your heart. Although it is psychological meditation, you still have to listen to your own meditation voice. See clearly in your heart and hear clearly in your ears. This will have a good effect on getting rid of delusion, and it is easy to concentrate internal support.

Before practicing meditation, you should first think that anything that happens outside has nothing to do with me or me, so that even if there are many noisy things during the practice, you can sit quietly and comfortably. When you sit still, you can't concentrate. Think about this and that, and stop as soon as you find it. In addition, if patients with cerebral neurasthenia practice this technique, they can imagine themselves standing by a river crossing the water, observing the flowing water, which is beautiful and superb, so as to achieve the purpose of concentration and selflessness and adjust the balance of Yin and Yang. In short, in the process of practicing meditation, you are required to listen to yourself, see yourself and think about yourself, and turn what you hear, see and think externally into what you hear, see and think internally. Transforming energy consumption into energy storage, filling internal qi, regulating the balance of yin and yang, treating diseases and strengthening the body, making the functions of all parts of the body move from disorder to order, making the cerebral cortex rest and the latent layer do work, developing intelligence, stimulating human potential, improving thinking ability, making thinking problems orderly and enhancing logic.
2. Open the channels and collaterals and follow the gas.
Stand still, move your left foot to the left, and separate your feet in parallel, slightly wider than your shoulders. Put your hands together on your chest, separate your fingers, put your left and right fingers together, and bend your fingers slightly. Keep your palms empty and your fingers inward. Ask to relax your shoulders and elbows, including your chest, and pull out your arms, so as to be calm and natural. This action tightens the outside and relaxes the inside. By opening the chest, smoothing the qi, squeezing the air into the bone, and practicing the vitality, the meridians are reached and the internal circulation is enhanced. The palm is Buddha-like, which can calm the mind, transport the whole body and produce the effect of treating diseases and preventing diseases.

Hands together, male left hand in the room, female right hand in the room, hold the navel for 3- 10 minutes. Keep your hands apart and move slowly.
Myopia Qigong Part III: Turn your eyes.
This formula can be practiced alone at ordinary times. Any posture can be carried out, mainly keeping the head straight, the neck straight, the mind concentrated, the whole body relaxed and calm, and deliberately turning the eyes clockwise and then counterclockwise, 36 times each. Don't be impatient when rotating, move naturally, enhance your function and restore your vision. After a certain number of turns, you will feel sour at the back of your neck. This is the key. It must be turned to the back of the neck (that is, the back of the neck) to be sour. Only in this way can the muscle nerve of the eye be connected with the muscle nerve of the back neck. Then massage the back of the neck and feel that the back of the neck is no longer sour.
