1July, 984, the former Northeast Street was divided into two parts with the moat as the boundary, and the east of the Outer City River was under the jurisdiction of the newly established Loumen Street. In September, 2002, the area east of the East Ring Road was placed under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Park, and the original Xiangmei Community Neighborhood Committee and Qimen Community Neighborhood Committee of Beisita Street and some areas east of Qimen River were all placed under the jurisdiction of Loumen Street. The inner city and the outer city are bounded by the outer city river, which is connected with the outer city through a suspension bridge. And there are land and water connecting the Loujiang River and extending outward across the pond. The towers on the gates of the outer city, the middle city and the inner city were demolished around 37 years of the Republic of China (1948), leaving only one gate. Until 1958 steelmaking, the gates were demolished one after another, and no trace can be found so far. The gate of Shuicheng was also demolished, leaving only a discernible trace.
