I wrote this book for me because I am a freelancer. I started from May, 20 15, integrating travel, writing and career. Combined with my four years of work and life experience, I think that if you want to become a freelancer or have more odd jobs and live a better life, you must learn at least four things.
1. Learn to define your success.
Our earliest concept of success came from others. It may be family, followed by friends, classmates, teachers, colleagues and so on. In short, you can think and study, travel and write articles, get together and chat freely, constantly improve your personal skills and create more value, in order to achieve a better and more free state.
Although I am already a freelancer, I still have some distance from my ideal goal, but I have realized the achievements, happiness and income it has brought me.
With the development of Internet, selling Na Wei food online has become my main business. Besides supporting myself well and getting recognition, I like freedom and trying more different things.
I like to travel, feel unknown people and things, and try it by way of free travel and volunteer travel. If you plan ahead, you can start traveling for a week to a month or two. I like to write articles and record my current life or work feelings with the official WeChat account. I met many interesting people from all over the country. These different experiences have enriched my life and made me think more directionally, and new opportunities are hidden in it.

2. How to reduce the risk of no income or too little income?

3. How to build a network with both depth and width?
Man is a gregarious animal, and he can't live or work without him. In the diversified and people-oriented odd-job economy, people are the more important hub. At this time, it is particularly important to build a network with both depth and width. How to build it? There are three ways.
First, the internal connection, that is, through the content we show, people? Attraction? Come here.
There are many ways of internal guidance and contact: writing on major media platforms such as official WeChat accounts and short books, being active on social media, giving speeches or hosting activities at conferences, making insightful comments on WeChat groups, and holding posts in the community. The second is to extrapolate contact, that is, to push its news to the market. The traditional way may be online advertising, and the current way may include: establishing theme groups and participating in activities with thresholds.
The third is to give and ask for help, which is the basic way to establish contact with others. Good giving is concrete and thoughtful, meeting a certain demand, just like a person recommending a good book to me, I will remember her.

4. How to plan your retirement?
People often chat with me this year, saying that they are trying to make money and manage their finances now. They plan to retire at the age of 50, not working at all, and doing what they want. This idea is really good. Some of them may really be able to retire so early.
But a large number of people don't have the ability to make big money quickly. They may not really retire until they are sixty or seventy. However, the weather is unpredictable, and no one knows which will come first, the accident or tomorrow. Unexpected health or disability problems may prevent them from working or enjoying life at all.
At this time, you might as well change your mind. Why not wait until you earn enough money to enjoy life? In the relatively free odd-job economy, we can arrange our life and work relatively freely, and we can also enjoy the present leisure life.
Here, retirement is not the end of our work and the beginning of leisure, but the continuation of the mixture of work and leisure. We can take our family to travel for a week, or learn what we want to learn between odd jobs, instead of waiting until we are completely retired.
