This club is a comprehensive, non-profit and open student sports organization voluntarily established by basketball fans of Weifang Yuhua School.

Article 3: Purpose

Our club aims to promote the construction of campus basketball culture and improve students' physical quality. Unite the whole school basketball fans, enrich students' amateur cultural life through extensive basketball activities after class, relieve the pressure of study, and play a main role in carrying out extracurricular sports activities and promoting the spread of campus basketball culture.

1. Publicize and implement the Sports Law of the People's Republic of China and the Outline of the National Fitness Program, mobilize and organize students to actively participate in basketball activities, and promote the extensive development of basketball in our school.

2. Guide the basketball training, competition and scientific research in our school, organize study tours, technical exchanges and technical training, and constantly improve the technical level of basketball fans.

3. Hold various forms of basketball games in stages and grades, and strive to promote the school-level basketball games that are easy to carry out.

4. Actively team up to participate in various basketball competitions in the city and district, and carry out technical exchange activities inside and outside the school to achieve the purpose of mutual promotion, mutual improvement and friendship.

Chapter III Members

Article 6: Students applying to join the Association must meet the following conditions:

2. Abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, and actively undertake the work and tasks assigned by the association.

Due to the limited space and equipment in our school, students applying for membership must have a certain basketball foundation.

There are no students who have been punished for their good performance in our school.

5. Members should develop a good collectivism style, put an end to all bad individualistic behaviors, actively participate in activities and strictly observe the time of activities.

Article 7: Members of this Association shall enjoy the following rights:

1. Have the right to participate in various competitions, performances, training, teaching and scientific research activities organized by the Association.

2. Have the right to make criticisms and suggestions to this Council.

3. Have the right to get the priority service of our association.

4. Joining is voluntary and quitting is free.

Article 8: Members of this club shall perform the following obligations:

1. Abide by the articles of association and implement the resolutions of the association.

2. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association.

3. Complete the work assigned by this Association.

4. Report to this Council and provide relevant information.

Article 9: Community activities

Seventeen, the basketball club should be based on the purpose, actively carry out various meaningful activities, do more practical things, less going through the motions, and actively cooperate with the school's large-scale activities. ?

18. Basketball clubs are not allowed to engage in business activities. If it is really related to community activities, it must be reported to the Communist Youth League Committee and the leaders in charge of the school in advance, and it can only be carried out after approval. ?

Nineteen, in principle, community activities are limited to the campus, mainly to enrich the activities of extracurricular culture on campus, and encourage members to actively participate in competitions at all levels. For the members who have made achievements, the school will give priority to support in addition to commendation in future activities. ?

Twenty, if the community needs to hire an off-campus consultant or instructor. It should be reported to the Youth League Committee for approval in advance, and its remuneration shall be approved by the Youth League Committee for instructions from the competent leader according to the relevant regulations of the school. Twenty-one, the office space of the community shall be negotiated by the Youth League Committee and the relevant departments, depending on the actual situation of the school. ?

Twenty-two, in addition to the large-scale activities designated by the school and approved by the school and major competitions outside the school, when there is a conflict between the activity time of club members and the courses arranged in the teaching plan, they should obey the teaching plan and are not allowed to take leave. Attend the club activities without authorization, and those who don't attend classes are regarded as truancy. ?

23. Large-scale activities arranged by the organization, whether inside or outside the school, must be approved by the Youth League Committee one week in advance. The activities of organizations that post notices and advertisements without approval are regarded as violations, and the organizers should be held accountable. ?

Twenty-four, who contact or go out in any name of the school, should report to the Youth League Committee in advance, and approved by the school leaders, otherwise it will be considered illegal. ?

Twenty-five, without the approval of the school, members of the community in extracurricular activities caused personal and property losses, the school will not be responsible for all the consequences. ?

Twenty-six, without approval, the association shall not sign an agreement with any group outside the school to accept sponsorship, and those who violate it will be held accountable for the organizer of the association. ?

Twenty-seven, without approval, the association shall not publicize and introduce any business units outside the school in any way, and offenders will be held accountable for the organizers of the association. ?

Twenty-eight, the content of community activities should be adapted to the nature of their own communities, and should not exceed the scope stipulated by their own nature. Those who go beyond the scope and fail to make corrections after being reminded will be disqualified from the club. ?

Twenty-nine, posters, banners, etc. Community must be approved by the Youth League Committee and signed before posting. The posting and hanging of advertisements sponsored by community activities must be approved by the Youth League Committee in advance. ?

Article 9: The Association shall have a general adviser, a president, a vice-president, a secretary-general and a standing director, who shall form the standing council.
