Linsan Sports Center opens free outdoor fitness areas, such as outdoor fitness trails, fitness squares, fitness parks, etc. at 6:00-2 1:00 every day.
The outdoor fitness trail of Linsan Sports Center has become a gathering place for daily fitness exercise of community residents around the center. Every morning and evening, a large number of community residents carry out various collective fitness activities such as martial arts, Tai Chi and square dance in the outdoor square of the center.

The outdoor basketball court of Linsan Sports Center is open to the surrounding residents free of charge from 6: 00 to 9: 00 every morning.
During the National Fitness Day and other holidays on August 8 every year, basketball, skating and other projects in the center will also be open to the surrounding community residents free of charge.
In addition to the normal opening of the outdoor football field in the center, it also actively supports the Shanghai Auspicious Football Promotion Center to borrow the outdoor football field from the center to carry out the training of the elite youth football training base in Shanghai, and make full use of the venue resources of the center to cultivate more outstanding football talents for Pudong New Area.

At the same time, the floors 3, 6 and 7 of the comprehensive training hall/KLOC-0, which has been opened at present, mainly cover badminton hall, multifunctional activity room and table tennis hall. Its main function is to provide venue guarantee for the center to implement the national fitness project and provide team sports venue services for surrounding communities, enterprises, institutions and schools. , as well as gymnastics training venues and public sports training in junior sports schools.

Linsan multifunction gymnasium
The multifunctional gymnasium, with a building area of about 25,954 square meters, has two professional ice sports venues, one is a 2 1m×50m real-life ice training ground (ice area is about 1.050 square meters), which is mainly used for public opening and amateur training of ice events;
One is a 3 1m× 60m standard competition venue on the second floor (the ice area is about 1860m2), which is mainly used to hold important international and domestic events such as ice hockey, short track speed skating and figure skating, with 4464 spectators.
Since 20 13 was the venue for the opening ceremony of the 5th Games in Pudong New Area, various ice events have been held, such as the Asia-Pacific Curling Championship, the Asian Ice Hockey League, the Shanghai Ice Hockey Night and the Continental Ice Hockey League.
