Linsan Sports Center opens free outdoor fitness areas, such as outdoor fitness trails, fitness squares, fitness parks, etc. at 6:00-2 1:00 every day.

The outdoor fitness trail of Linsan Sports Center has become a gathering place for daily fitness exercise of community residents around the center. Every morning and evening, a large number of community residents carry out various collective fitness activities such as martial arts, Tai Chi and square dance in the outdoor square of the center.

The multifunctional gymnasium, with a building area of about 25,954 square meters, has two professional ice sports venues, one is a 2 1m×50m real-life ice training ground (ice area is about 1.050 square meters), which is mainly used for public opening and amateur training of ice events;

One is a 3 1m× 60m standard competition venue on the second floor (the ice area is about 1860m2), which is mainly used to hold important international and domestic events such as ice hockey, short track speed skating and figure skating, with 4464 spectators.
