I go to the gym every week, and I probably have the following machines:

Treadmill (automatically adjust speed and slope, measure heart rate, distance and calorie consumption)

walking vehicle

Pull-up machine

Wide chest apparatus

Rower (the name is not clear, but the principle is the same)

Arm side lift

Lianhong 2, 3 head muscle

Exercise the inner thigh muscles.

Weightlifting (recumbent lift, sitting lift)

10 dumbbell (5 lbs -25 lbs)
