Hands sweat easily. What happened?
Sweating is a normal metabolic function of human body. Many times people will sweat, such as when they are nervous, when the weather is hot, or when they are exercising, but one kind of sweating is not normal. For example, in cold winter, palms will sweat a lot, and even sweat will drip down their hands. The main symptom is profuse sweating of hands.

The weather is hot, sweating after a lot of exercise is a physiological phenomenon and a physiological function of human excretion and body temperature regulation, which is controlled by sympathetic nerves in the autonomic nervous system. When the ambient temperature is too high or the body temperature exceeds the set point of the body temperature, in order to prevent the body temperature from rising further, the sympathetic nerve is excited, dominating the secretion of sweat glands, and the sweat evaporates to take away heat, thus lowering the body temperature. Sweat gland secretion is closely related to exercise intensity, and sweating has individual differences.

Sweat on hands is controlled by sympathetic nerve. Palmar hyperhidrosis is caused by sympathetic nerve excitation, which is out of control when sweating, so that a large number of hands sweat abnormally. But not sweaty hands or sweaty hands. Palmar hyperhidrosis is characterized by symmetrical sweating accompanied by cold sweat, which will be aggravated when nervous, anxious and the weather is hot. If your hand sweat meets these conditions, nine times out of ten it is hand sweat.
