Can skipping rope lose weight? Of course, but every time I see the skipping method to lose weight shared by others on the Internet, I always feel a little too difficult. It's ok to jump hundreds, but it's difficult to jump thousands! Then how to skip rope instead of going to the gym and lose 20 pounds for two months? How to do it specifically? This is my own personal experience of losing weight, and I hope it will be useful.

Cause: Because my stomach is a little big, although I have exercise habits, I am really ugly. Another key point is to test hormone secretion!

Diet: this is actually relatively simple, counting calories? Then no one has time and has to work overtime! The correct way is to take a plate of moderate size and buy a little more than half a catty of beef or shrimp every day (I usually buy about 28 shrimps, and girls reduce it to about 20), then buy some vegetables and eat staple food at noon. The staple food is a corn or potato, but don't eat the staple food at night. Put what you want to eat on the plate and you will know the total amount. Beef or shrimp is divided into half in the morning and half in the evening. Vegetables can be broccoli and leafy vegetables.

Exercise: Four unarmed movements plus skipping, namely push-ups, squats, parallel bars arm flexion and extension, and sit-ups. Of course, girls can also use flat support, lunge squat, hip bridge, kneeling push-ups, push-ups and other unarmed movements to ensure certain muscle training!

Exercise plan: train 300/200+N times, such as 100 push-ups+100 sit-ups+100 squats/leapfrog, plus 500- 1000 rope skipping. Rest every three days 1 day, and practice squats and leapfrog every day. This intensity is not very great. Since then, my n has gradually become a way of single shake and double shake. After all, you can't stand still. Skipping rope should either increase the number of times or strengthen the intensity, and try to ensure that aerobic exercise ends within 25 minutes.

Exercise results: In general, I brushed off a lot of fat, reduced my weight from 79 kg to 69 kg, and greatly improved my cardiopulmonary ability, but didn't add too much muscle!

Disadvantages of exercise: simple. Squatting hurts my knees a little every day, and then I changed to squatting against the wall and squatting on the hip bridge. I feel much more comfortable, so don't practice squatting every day! In addition, my hormone secretion in all aspects has also decreased.

Sports summary: thin posture doesn't suit me, it's too light and insecure. At present, I have given up fitness meals and plan to go to the gym to gain weight. However, many friends who don't want to go to the gym to lose weight can learn from the weight-losing methods adopted.
